Kai Tak (Chinese: 啟德) is an underground MTR rapid transit station located on the Tuen Ma line, in the Kai Tak Development area of Hong Kong (near the old east apron of the former Kai Tak Airport in Kowloon City District). The station was opened on 14 February 2020 as part of the Tuen Ma line's first phase. It will provide access to the multi-purpose Kai Tak Sports Park, currently under construction, as well as other facilities. The station was built as part of the Sha Tin to Central Link (SCL).

The Kai Tak Nullah (Chinese: 啟德明渠, also known as the Kaitak River (啟德河)) is a nullah or watercourse that collects water from the rivers and streams flowing from the hills in northern New Kowloon. It empties into a narrow channel leading into the Kwun Tong Typhoon Shelter. Part of the nullah is covered by roads and other facilities. The Kai Tak Nullah is about 2.4 km (1+173⁄352 mi) in length. It flows from Po Kong Village Road along Choi Hung Road, pass Tung Tau Estate and San Po Kong, into Kai Tak Development Area before discharging into the Victoria Harbour at the Kwun Tong Typhoon Shelter. It has an upstream and a midstream. The nullah is one of the major flood relief drainage channels in the East Kowloon area. The improvement work of Kai Tak Nullah has been overseen by the Civil Engineering and Development Department since March 2012, aiming to turn the nullah into an attractive green river corridor. It is anticipated to be fully completed before 2021.

Wong Tai Sin District is one of the 18 districts of Hong Kong. It is the only landlocked district in Hong Kong. It is located in Kowloon, and is the northernmost district in Kowloon. It borders the districts of Kwun Tong to its southeast, Kowloon City to its southwest, Sai Kung to its east, and Sha Tin to its north.

Ngau Chi Wan was a bay beneath Hammer Hill in New Kowloon, Hong Kong. It now refers to an area where Choi Hung Estate is situated.

Mikiki is a shopping centre in San Po Kong, Kowloon, Hong Kong. It is owned by Sun Hung Kai Properties. Mikiki is directly connected to The Latitude (Chinese: 譽·港灣), a private housing estate that was also developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties. Mikiki does not have a Chinese name, and its English name is based on the Japanese word for "knowledge". Mikiki covers an area of 200,000 square feet and has been opened to the general public since July 2011. Its official opening date was on 30 October that year. The mall is managed by Sun Hung Kai Properties and Hong Yip Service Co Ltd.

Ng Wah Catholic Secondary School (also referred to as NWC; Chinese: 天主教伍華中學) is a boys' secondary school in San Po Kong, Wong Tai Sin District, Hong Kong. Founded in 1965 by Catholic Diocese of Hong Kong.

Po Leung Kuk Stanley Ho Sau Nan Primary School (Chinese: 保良局何壽南小學) is a primary school located in Kai Tak, Kowloon City in Hong Kong. It is a co-ed primary school using Chinese as the medium of instruction established by the Po Leung Kuk in 1971. There are 24 classes in total, four for each year, and with approximately 40 students in a class, giving approximately 960 students in total. It is one of the nominated schools of Po Leung Kuk No.1 W. H. Cheung College.

San Po Kong (Chinese: 新蒲崗; Cantonese Yale: sān pòuh gōng) is an area in New Kowloon in Hong Kong. It is largely industrial and partly residential. Administratively, it belongs to Wong Tai Sin District.

The Latitude (Chinese: 譽．港灣) is a private housing estate in San Po Kong, Hong Kong. It was developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties and was completed in 2010.A 1-room flat was sold for HK$6.95 million in November 2016, and a 2-room was sold for HK$10.05 million in February 2017.The podium of the estate is home to Mikiki, a shopping mall.

The Kai Tak Development (Chinese: 啟德發展計劃), abbreviated as "KTD" and formerly called South East Kowloon Development (東南九龍發展計劃), refers to the redevelopment of the former Kai Tak Airport site in Kai Tak, Kowloon, Hong Kong. After the airport relocated to Chek Lap Kok in 1998, the Hong Kong government planned for urban development on the old airport site. The plan calls for a multi-purpose sports complex, a metro park, the Kai Tak Cruise Terminal, a hotel, a housing estate, and commercial and entertainment construction projects over an area of more than 328 hectares (810 acres). The plan also covered nearby development in areas including Ma Tau Wai, Kowloon City, San Po Kong, Kowloon Bay and Kwun Tong. The planned population is 86,000 people, accommodated in 30,000 housing units, including 13,000 constructed as part of public housing estates. The total gross floor area is over 14,400,000 square feet (1,340,000 m2) with over 110 hectares (270 acres) of open space. The total cost for the development is about HK$100 billion. After several years of planning and discussion, and the decision of a judicial review on Central and Wan Chai Reclamation, the Hong Kong government restarted KTD review and planning in 2004. The Executive Council passed the revised development plan and restarted the project. According to the development plan, the first stage projects finished in or before 2013. The second stage projects will be finished in or before 2016 and the final stage projects will be completed in or before 2021.

The Lung Tsun Stone Bridge (Chinese: 龍津橋) was a bridge in British Hong Kong which was buried during the construction of Kai Tak Airport and which connected the Kowloon Walled City to a pier leading into Kowloon Bay.

China Southern Airlines Flight 301, a Hawker Siddeley Trident operated by China Southern Airlines from Guangzhou Baiyun to Hong Kong Kai Tak, ran off the runway in Hong Kong on 31 August 1988 after clipping approach lights. This was the first accident of China Southern Airlines since the split of CAAC Airlines from 1 July 1988. Six crew members and one passenger perished in the accident. The crash shut down Kai Tak Airport for more than six hours after the accident.
