Jarlsberg Manor (Norwegian: Jarlsberg Hovedgård) is a manor three kilometres northwest of the centre of the town of Tønsberg in Vestfold og Telemark, Norway. It has traditionally been the residence of members of the Wedel-Jarlsberg family and the Count and Countess of Jarlsberg.

Berg interneringsleir (Berg internment camp) was a concentration camp near Tønsberg in Norway that served as an internment and transit center for political prisoners and Jews during the Nazi occupation of Norway.

The Jarlsberg Tunnel (Norwegian: Jarlsbergtunnelen) is a 1,750-meter (1.09 mi) long double track railway tunnel which runs through Frodeåsen in Tønsberg, Norway. Located on the Vestfold Line, the tunnel was built as part of the 7.8-kilometer (4.8 mi) double-track high-speed segment from Barkåker to Tønsberg. It is located just north of Tønsberg Station and runs between Frodegata and Tomsbakken. Most of the tunnel is blasted, although 223 meters (732 ft) is in a concrete culvert. Planning of the tunnel started in the late 1990s. Several railway interest groups advised against building the isolated segment of upgraded track without a complete plan for upgrading the entire line. Construction started in April 2009 and the new section and the tunnel opened on 7 November 2011. It was the fourth segment of the Vestfold Line to be upgraded.

Tønsberg Airport, Jarlsberg (Norwegian: Tønsberg flyplass, Jarlsberg; ICAO: ENJB) is a general aviation airport located at Sem in Tønsberg, Norway. It consists of a 799-by-18-meter (2,621 by 59 ft) asphalted runway and a 900-meter (3,000 ft) taxiway. Jarlsberg is used for a variety of activities, including glider pilots, light and microlight aircraft, radio-controlled aircraft, parachuting and the annual air show Wings & Wheels. The airport is owned by Thor Solberg Aviation and operated by Jarlsberg Luftsportssenter. The airport opened in 1937 and was taken over by the Luftwaffe in 1940. It was at first used as a dummy airfield, but from 1944 the Luftwaffe carried out upgrades. These were not finished by the end of Second World War. Jarlsberg was from 1947 to 1959 used by the Royal Norwegian Air Force (RNoAF), although the functions were eventually taken over by the nearby Sandefjord Airport, Torp. Braathens SAFE operated scheduled services from 1952 to 1959, and later also Thor Solberg and Fred. Olsen Airtransport also operated scheduled services. Activity has been limited to various general aviation activities since the late 1960s.

Jarlsberg Travbane is a harness racing track located in Tønsberg, Norway. The course is 1,000 meters (3,300 ft). Owned by Norwegian Trotting Association, its tote betting is handled by Norsk Rikstoto. The venue opened in 1935.

Tønsberg District Court (Norwegian: Tønsberg tingrett) was a district court in southeastern Vestfold county, Norway. The court was based in Tønsberg. The court existed until 2019. It historically had jurisdiction over the municipalities of Andebu, Nøtterøy, Stokke, Tjøme, and Tønsberg. Due to municipal mergers during the 2010s, by the time the court was abolished in 2019, it only had jurisdiction over Tønsberg Municipality and Færder Municipality. Cases from this court could be appealed to Agder Court of Appeal. The court was a court of first instance. Its judicial duties were mainly to settle criminal cases and to resolve civil litigation as well as bankruptcy. The administration and registration tasks of the court included death registration, issuing certain certificates, performing duties of a notary public, and officiating civil wedding ceremonies. Cases from this court were heard by a combination of professional judges and lay judges.

This court is based at three different courthouses which are located in Tønsberg, Larvik, and Horten. The court serves the eastern part of the county which includes 5 municipalities. The court in Larvik accepts cases from the municipalities of Larvik and Sandefjord. The court in Horten accepts cases from the municipalities of Horten and Holmestrand. The court in Tønsberg accepts cases from the municipalities of Tønsberg and Færder. The court is subordinate to the Agder Court of Appeal.The court is led by a chief judge (sorenskriver) and several other judges. The court is a court of first instance. Its judicial duties are mainly to settle criminal cases and to resolve civil litigation as well as bankruptcy. Frodeåsen is a hill just north of the town center of Tønsberg, Norway. Reaching 75 meters (246 ft) above mean sea level, it serves largely as a recreational area. Two tunnels run through the hill: the 1.75-kilometer (1.09 mi) long Jarlsberg Tunnel of the Vestfold Line and the Frodeåsen Tunnel on County Road 300.

Tønsberg Ishall is an ice hockey- and figure skating arena in Tønsberg, Norway. Opened in 1995, it is home to the Tønsberg Vikings of the GET-ligaen and Tønsberg Turnforening figure skating branch. In January 2003 it was the host arena for the Norwegian figure skating championships.

Barkåker is a village in the municipality of Tønsberg, Norway. Its population is 1,374.

Tønsberg Fortress (Tunsberghus festning) was a medieval fortress and castle, located in Tønsberg, Norway which was defended by the fortress for over 300 years.It includes ruins from Castrum Tunsbergis, Norway's largest castle in the 13th century, originally built by King Håkon IV, the grandson of King Sverre.

Signaturen is a residential high-rise building in Tønsberg city, Norway. The building is situated in Kaldnes on the northernmost part of the island Nøtterøy in Tønsberg municipality. At 43 metres (141 ft) tall, it is Vestfold county's tallest building.The building is owned by the Norwegian residential property developer Selvaag Bolig and completed in early 2019, but was opened for new residents already in December 2018. The construction started in 2017. The residential building has 13 floors and 23 apartments. The top floor can be reached by either stairs or a high-speed Kone traction elevator. The tower has a neo-futuristic architectural style.
