On January 1, 2006, Andenne had a total population of 25,240. The total area is 86.17 km² which gives a population density of 292 inhabitants per km². The municipality, and the central city, extend on both sides of the river Meuse. The municipality consists of the following districts: Andenne, Bonneville, Coutisse, Landenne, Maizeret, Namêche, Sclayn, Seilles, Thon-Samson, and Vezin.

The total area is 56.62 km2 (21.86 sq mi), giving a population density of 76 inhabitants per square kilometre (200 inhabitants/sq mi). The municipality is composed of the following districts: Évelette, Goesnes, Haillot, Jallet, Ohey, Perwez. Also located in Ohey are the villages of Bois-Dame-Agis, Ève, Filée, La Bouchaille, Libois, Résimont, Saint-Mort and Tahier.

Bonneville Castle (French: Château de Bonneville) is a stately home in Bonneville in the municipality of Andenne, province of Namur, Wallonia, Belgium.Originally a farmhouse with a 15th-century donjon, it was acquired in 1617 by Jacques de Zualart, who began an extensive rebuilding, the continuance of which ruined his son, Tilmant de Zualart. In about 1690 the château became the property of his principal creditor, Jean-Hubert de Tignée, whose descendants still own it.The present building is in the Mosan style of the 17th century, with 18th century additions and French gardens.

Solières Abbey (French: Abbaye de Solières) is a former Cistercian nunnery located in Wallonia in the district of Ben-Ahin, municipality of Huy, province of Liège, Belgium.

Scladina, or Sclayn Cave, is an archaeological site located in Wallonia in the town of Sclayn, in the Andenne hills in Belgium, where excavations since 1978 have provided the material for an exhaustive collection of over thirteen thousand Mousterian stone artifacts and the fossilized remains of an especially ancient Neanderthal, called the Scladina child were discovered in 1993.

Château Rouge (Red Castle) is a château in the ancienne commune of Bas-Oha, Wanze, Liège Province, Wallonia, Belgium. The original castle was built in the 11th century, and served as the residence for a religious community. Gutted by a fire in 1885, the current structure was built within the original walls, though the red colour may be an addition to these outer walls during this 19th century rebuild.Château Rouge, now abandoned, was last used as a nursing home.

Gesves (French: [ʒɛv]; Walloon: Djeve) is a municipality of Wallonia located in the province of Namur, Belgium. The municipality consists of the following districts: Faulx-les-Tombes, Gesves, Haltinne, Mozet, and Sorée. It also includes the hamlets of Gramptinne, Goyet (site of glacial remnants of Neanderthals), Haut-Bois, and Strud (site where fossil of Strudiella devonica, a Late Devonian insect, was discovered). On 1 January 2006 the municipality had 6,321 inhabitants. The total area is 64.92 km2, giving a population density of 97 inhabitants per km2. On 1 December 2019, the population had grown to 7,246 inhabitants (3,612 men and 3,634 women), representing a growth of 14.63% over the course of 13 years.

Goyet is a hamlet of the municipality Gesves, Wallonia, located in the province of Namur, Belgium.It is famous for Goyet Caves, with glacial remnants of Neandertals, Homo sapiens and canid.In 2016, two ancient hunter-gatherers that were excavated at Goyet were found to carry the M mtDNA haplogroup. The Late Pleistocene specimens were dated to 34,000 and 35,000 years ago.

The Goyet Caves (French: Grottes de Goyet) are a series of connected caves located in Belgium in a limestone cliff about 15 m (50 ft) above the river Samson near the village of Mozet in the Gesves municipality of the Namur province. The site is a significant locality of regional Neanderthal and European early modern human occupation, as thousands of fossils and artifacts were discovered that are all attributed to a long and contiguous stratigraphic sequence from 120,000 years ago, the Middle Paleolithic to less than 5,000 years ago, the late Neolithic. A robust sequence of sediments was identified during extensive excavations by geologist Edouard Dupont, who undertook the first probings as early as 1867. The site was added to the Belgian National Heritage register in 1976.

The total area is 32.57 km2 which gives a population density of 87 inhabitants per km2. The municipality consists of the following districts: Burdinne, Hannêche, Lamontzée, Marneffe, Oteppe, and Vissoul.
