Valois station is a commuter rail station operated by Exo in Pointe-Claire, Quebec, Canada, located in the Valois neighborhood. It is served by the Vaudreuil–Hudson line. As of October 2020, on weekdays, 10 of 11 inbound trains and 10 of 12 outbound trains on the line call at this station, with the others skipping it. On weekends, all trains (four on Saturday and three on Sunday in each direction) call here.The station is located north of Autoroute 20 at the corner of Avenue Donegani and Avenue de la Baie-de-Valois. The original station building is extant but is no longer in passenger service; instead, it is used by a community resource centre. The station has two side platforms; access between them is provided by a tunnel with headhouses on either side of the tracks and a third located south of the highway. In 2016, the station became the first one on this line to possess its own work of art. The MU artistic organization arranged the creation of a mural on and inside the northern headhouse: L'empreinte de l'homme by Ilana Pichon.This station was open by 1889; the modern underpass was opened in 1980.

St. Thomas High School (French: École secondaire St. Thomas) is an English-language public high school in the municipality of Pointe-Claire, in Quebec, Canada. Founded in 1960, it was originally a Roman Catholic foundation, and it is a member of the International Baccalaureate Organization's certified Middle Years Programme. The school is the second-largest high school operated by the Lester B. Pearson School Board, after John Rennie High School, which is also located in Pointe-Claire. For the 2008 school year, St. Thomas High School ranked 1 out of all 466 schools in the province.The present population is 1,355 students and includes students from thirty-nine Elementary Schools. St. Thomas has a Code of Conduct developed collaboratively by staff, and parents, which ensures a student's right to be educated in a caring, respectful environment. St. Thomas has an Honour Society in order to grant recognition to their top students. The Lester B. Pearson School Board has decided to move St. Thomas High into Lindsay Place High School in July 2021, where Lindsay Place will then cease to exist. The board's plan is to mesh the student populations from both high schools, with as little student displacement as possible.

Lindsay Place High School (LPHS) is a former public high school situated in Pointe-Claire, Quebec, on the island of Montreal. It was part of the Lester B. Pearson School Board. It opened in September 1962, named after Lindsay H. Place, a Montreal judge who volunteered for the Protestant School Commission, as it was then known.In the 2006–2007 school year the school began offering a new program to students interested in music. The program consisted of private lessons, multiple before school rehearsals and music theory and history classes, called the Arts-Etude program. The Lester B. Pearson School Board will be moving St. Thomas High School students into Lindsay Place High School on Broadview Avenue in Pointe-Claire in July 2021. Lindsay Place High School, which opened in 1962, will become St. Thomas High School once the process is complete.

CHSLD Herron, also known as Résidence Herron, is a long-term care facility (French: centre d'hébergement de soins de longue durée) located in Dorval, Quebec, Canada; a suburb of Montreal; near Lake Saint Louis. The property was acquired by Katasa Groupe in 2015.The facility gained attention in April 2020 during the coronavirus pandemic, as it was reported that most staff had abandoned the facility, leading to a police investigation and government takeover of the facility that exposed deaths and neglect of residents.

On weekends, all trains (four on Saturday and three on Sunday in each direction) call here.The station is located north of Autoroute 20 at the corner of Donegani and Ashgrove avenues. The station's two side platforms are connected by a pedestrian tunnel, with headhouses on either platform, in a parking lot located between the highway and the tracks, and on the south side of the highway. This station was opened as Lakeside in 1902; the name Pointe-Claire originally belonged to a different station, located west of here beyond Cedar Park station. Both stations were closed in 1980, but when a park and ride station was found to be needed, the Lakeside site was chosen, and the station rebuilt and reopened in 1986. Days after its reopening it was renamed Pointe-Claire.

Pointe-Claire (French pronunciation: ​[pwɛ̃t klɛʁ], Canadian French: [pwãẽ̯t klaɛ̯ʁ]) is a Quebec local municipality within the Urban agglomeration of Montreal on the Island of Montreal in Canada. It is entirely developed, and land use includes residential, light manufacturing, and retail. As of the 2021 census the population was 33,488.

John Rennie High School (JRHS) (French: École secondaire John Rennie) located in Pointe-Claire, Quebec, Canada, is an English-language secondary school that opened in 1955. The school was named after John Rennie (1904–1952), the Union Nationale Member of the Legislative Assembly of Quebec for Huntingdon from 1947 to 1952. Pointe-Claire was and remains in a riding that has voted for the Quebec Liberal Party; thus, when local representatives made their case to Premier Maurice Duplessis for the building of a new high school to meet the needs of the burgeoning postwar school population, Duplessis's stipulation for the funding was for the building to be named after his recently-deceased fellow Union Nationale MNA and longtime party fundraiser. However, that was not completely a partisan political decision, as Rennie had been the assistant director of Protestant schools in Pointe-Claire from 1930 to 1936, as well as the principal of the Valois Park and Cedar Park Schools. The school is administered by the Lester B. Pearson School Board.

Pine Beach station is a commuter rail station operated by Exo in Dorval, Quebec, Canada, located in the Pine Beach neighbourhood. It is served by the Vaudreuil–Hudson line. As of October 2020, on weekdays, 10 of 11 inbound trains and 10 of 12 outbound trains on the line call at this station, with the others skipping it. On weekends, all trains (four on Saturday and three on Sunday in each direction) call here.The station is located north of Autoroute 20 at the corner of Avenue Cardinal and Boulevard Pine Beach. The station possesses shelters but no station building. The station has two side platforms; access between them is provided by a tunnel with headhouses on either side of the tracks, a third on the north side of the highway (adjacent to a bus stop), and a fourth on the south side of the highway. A station named Bel Air was open at this location in the 1890s, but closed thereafter. Pine Beach station entered service by 1953.

Cedar Park station is a commuter rail station operated by Exo in Pointe-Claire, Quebec. It is served by the exo1 (Vaudreuil-Dorion) line. As of October 2020, on weekdays, 10 of 11 inbound trains and 10 of 12 outbound trains on the line call at this station; the others skip this stop. On weekends, all trains (four on Saturday and three on Sunday in each direction) call here.The station is located north of Autoroute 20, about 250 m west of Boulevard Saint-Jean. It has two side platforms; access between them is provided by a walkway tunnel with a headhouse on either side. The tunnel also gives access to an open-air walkway south of the station that passes under the highway and two of its ramps to connect with Cedar Avenue on the south side of the highway. A station was located here by 1909.

The Canadian Meteorological Centre (CMC; French: Centre météorologique canadien), located in Dorval, Quebec, is the branch of Environment Canada's Meteorological Service of Canada that is tasked with providing forecast guidance to national and regional prediction centres, and is responsible for running the Global Environmental Multiscale (GEM) model, often referred to as the CMC model, together with its regional and ensemble variants. It is made up of three branches: The Informatics Branch provides centralized computing and telecommunications services to meet the Atmospheric Environment Programs' objectives, support other departmental operations, and assist other approved users. It operates and maintains the supercomputer facility in Dorval and various telecommunications networks. The Operations Branch is responsible for the meteorological operations of numerous production systems for weather, climate, air quality, and environmental programs at the Canadian Meteorological Centre. In addition, the Branch provides highly specialized support to environmental emergencies. Its outputs contribute and satisfy national and international Meteorological Service of Canada's operational and related commitments. The Development Branch is responsible for the technology transfer from research to operations of the Canadian environmental prediction system. In addition, the Branch is responsible for developing and improving systems and products for the Meteorological Service of Canada and other important clients and partners, and to ensure the proper technology transfer of these into an operational environment. One of its main component is the Recherche en Prévision Numérique.

Montreal Area Control Centre (ICAO: CZUL) is one of 7 Area Control Centres in Canada operated by Nav Canada. Montreal ACC is located in a building on the outskirts of Montréal–Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport. From this ACC, air traffic controllers provide en route and terminal control services to aircraft in the Montreal Flight Information Region (FIR). The Montreal FIR airspace covers the entire province of Quebec (with the exception of the Bagotville Military Terminal Control Area), parts of eastern Ontario, the eastern shore of James Bay, Hudson Bay, the western section of Newfoundland and Labrador and the Nunavut region that includes Iqaluit. The Montreal FIR is bordered by 6 Flight Information Regions. To the east are the Moncton and Gander FIRs, to the south is the Boston ARTCC, to the west are the Toronto and Winnipeg FIRs and the Edmonton FIR to the north.
