Valdastico (Venetian: Valdastego, Cimbrian: Astetal) is a town in the province of Vicenza, Veneto, north-eastern Italy. It is east of SP350 road, on western ridge of the Sette Comuni plateau.

Monte Toraro is a mountain of Veneto, Italy. It is located on the Asiago Plateau, in the Vicentine Alps, and has an elevation of 1,897 metres (6,224 ft). During the First World War Toraro was the location of an Italian howitzer battery, and was captured by Austro-Hungarian troops during the battle of Asiago.During the Cold War, radars and command posts for a nearby Nike missile base (Base Tuono) were built on its top. They were blown up after the base ceased operations in the late 1970s.

Laghi is a town and a comune in the province of Vicenza, Veneto, north-eastern Italy. It is west of SP350 provincial road. Laghi is Veneto's municipality with the smallest number of inhabitants and also the one with the lowest density. The municipality consists of a number of small hamlets (contrae in Venetian, or contrade in Italian) scattered over the territory of the town. The name Laghi literally means "lakes" and is related to the fact that two small lakes lie in the center of the town.

Lavarone borders the following municipalities: Caldonazzo, Luserna, Folgaria, Pedemonte, Levico Terme and Lastebasse. Until the beginning of the 20th century the people of Lavarone spoke Cimbrian, a variety of Austro-Bavarian.

The Vicentine Alps (Italian: Prealpi Vicentine; German: Vizentiner Alpen, Vicentiner Alpen or Vizentiner Voralpen) are a mountain range of the Eastern Alps in Trentino and the provinces of Verona and Vicenza. The mountains were named after the city of Vicenza which lies at their eastern edge. The highest point in the range is the Cima Dodici (2,336 m s.l.m.) on the northern perimeter of the Vicentine Alps.
