Clayton is an elevated station under construction on the Expo Line of Metro Vancouver's SkyTrain rapid transit system. It will be located at the northwest corner of the future intersection of Fraser Highway and 190 Street in the Clayton neighbourhood of Cloverdale in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. It is scheduled to open in 2029. The station will be located in Clayton Centre, one of the core areas of the City of Surrey's "Clayton Corridor Plan". As of 2024, the station site is located on a plot of undeveloped land in a rural section of Clayton.

In September 1993, staff and students from Cloverdale Junior Secondary and Lord Tweedsmuir Senior Secondary joined together to form Lord Tweedsmuir Secondary, and moved into the new TWEED. Lord Tweedsmuir's name has been attached to a school in the Cloverdale area since 1940 when Canada's Governor General, John Buchan, Lord Tweedsmuir of Elsfield died. The school's mascot is a Panther. The school is sport rivals with the other nearby secondary schools, École Salish Secondary School and Clayton Heights Secondary School. The average class size is 23.5 students.

Stetson Bowl is a stadium in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada built in 1948. Located in the Cloverdale Fairgrounds, it was upgraded for minor league baseball and was the home field of the Surrey Glaciers of the Western Baseball League for the 1995 season. As a ballpark, the Stetson Bowl had a capacity of 5,000 people.Today, it is the main venue of the Cloverdale Rodeo and Country Fair. "The Stetson Bowl Stadium is home to most of the Cloverdale Rodeo performances each year. Its total area is around 36,400 square feet (3,380 m2) and its performance surface is made of sand. The bleachers can hold 4000 spectators and portable seating can accommodate 800 additional spectators. Besides the rodeo, the stadium is commonly used for filming, festivals, concerts, sporting events and dog training classes."The Surrey school board was petitioned by a local trustee in 2008 who argued that the Stetson Bowl should be used for more than a livestock and showdog display area. The petition seeks to transform The Stetson Bowl to more of a human sports stadium, so it could "be revitalized and used more effectively for community and school sporting activities".

Cloverdale Rodeo and Country Fair is an annual rodeo and fair located in the town of Cloverdale in Surrey, British Columbia. It is held annually at the Cloverdale Fairgrounds during the Victoria Day holiday weekend, from the Friday to Monday. Attendance in 2006 was over 20,000.

The Cloverdale Fairgrounds (also known as the Cloverdale Exhibition Grounds) are located in the town of Cloverdale in Surrey, British Columbia. Since 1938, it has been the host site of Canada's second largest rodeo, the Cloverdale Rodeo and Country Fair.

Cloverdale Learning Centre is a public high school in Surrey, British Columbia part of School District 36 Surrey. It is a school providing an alternative schooling option, It is for students that struggle in or were removed from Mainstream schools. Teachers give the students units to work on, and once they are done the unit, they do a test. Students have a variety of times to come to the school: morning, afternoon.They can work ahead to graduate faster, or go at their own pace. Most students go to school for 3 hours from Monday to Thursday, but some choose to go for 6 hours. However long the student goes, depends on the amount of work they want to get done. Teachers are around and are able to help the student if they need that extra help. Students may choose to continue on to graduate at the centre or return to the mainstream school if approved by the School Administration.

The town centre was initially founded as a small farm community in 1870 for its fertile land and temperate climate. Cloverdale eventually amalgamated into Surrey as one of its six town centres.Cloverdale is known as a historic centre of Surrey, and is home to many heritage sites, including Christ Church, one of Surrey's oldest buildings (built in 1882). It is also the location of the City of Surrey's official museum.

CKSP (600 AM) is an ethnic radio station licensed to serve Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. It is owned by Sher-E-Punjab Radio Broadcasting Inc. and broadcasts primarily in Punjabi and Hindi to the Lower Mainland from a site east of Surrey. The company's studios are in Richmond. CKSP began broadcasting on September 28, 2020. Its owner had previously produced programming in Canada to be broadcast on stations across the US border in Washington state but won a Canadian radio station licence in 2016.

CKNW is a news/talk formatted radio station in Vancouver, British Columbia, owned by Corus Entertainment. It broadcasts on an assigned frequency of AM 980 kHz, and is unusual in that it is a 50,000-watt, Class A station broadcasting on a regional (not clear-channel) frequency. CKNW uses a four-tower directional antenna from a site near Surrey, while its studios are located at TD Tower in Downtown Vancouver.
