CSW-ASEAN TOD is a transit-oriented development between four Transjakarta BRT Stations and the ASEAN MRT station on the old Centrale Stichting Wederopbouw or CSW (Central Foundation for Reconstruction) intersection at Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta, Indonesia. This building is a circular crossing bridge with an art-deco that connects four Transjakarta BRT Stations located to the west, east and south of the intersection and the ASEAN MRT Station to the north of the intersection. This building began to open on December 22, 2021 as an operational trial for the integration of integrated highway bus services and integrated highway modes.CSW-ASEAN TOD was built together with several other transit oriented developments across Jakarta to facilitate easy transfers by commuters between different mode of public transportation. This TOD resembles a disc when seen from above. It connects four Transjakarta bus stops in the west, east and south of the intersection, and the ASEAN MRT Station to the north of the intersection. It was opened on 22 December 2021 under an operational test on the integration between the Bus rapid transit and the MRT. The TOD in the form of an overpass connects the ASEAN MRT Station with the CSW Bus Stop which serves Corridor 13 buses with the Ciledug–Kapten Tendean route, CSW 2 BRT Station which serves Corridor 1 on the Jakarta Kota–Blok M route, the Attorney General's Office BRT Station, and the ASEAN Station on Corridor 1. The five-story building has waiting room facilities and other commercial spaces. The second floor is a connecting bridge from the ASEAN MRT station, the second and third floors has commercials such as retail and shops. The fourth floor is the access to the Transjakarta CSW BRT Station and the 5th floor is the CSW 1 BRT Station.

ASEAN Station (formerly Sisingamangaraja Station) is a rapid transit station on the North-South Line of the Jakarta MRT in Jakarta, Indonesia. Located on Jl. Sisingamangaraja XII in Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, it is the last elevated station (when heading north towards Bundaran HI) on the MRT. It is located between Senayan and Blok M BCA stations, and has the station code SSM. It is connected to the TransJakarta bus rapid transit at the CSW-ASEAN TOD.

On 31 March 2021, at around 16:30 Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), a shooting occurred at the Indonesian National Police headquarters in South Jakarta, Jakarta, Indonesia. A female assailant attacked police headquarters with a handgun and was shot dead after firing several rounds. The shooting happened three days after the cathedral bombing in Makassar.

Masjid Agung is a Transjakarta bus rapid transit station located next to the Al-Azhar Great Mosque (hence the name) on Sisimangaraja Street, Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta, Indonesia, serving Corridor 1.

Al-Azhar Great Mosque (Indonesian: Masjid Agung Al-Azhar) is a mosque located in Jalan Sisingamangaraja, Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta. The mosque was constructed between 1953 and 1958. It was originally known simply as Mesjid Agung (Great Mosque). It was Jakarta's largest mosque when it was built until it was surpassed by the Istiqlal Mosque which was completed in 1978. Al-Azhar mosque and the mosque complex is best known for its educational works.

Peruri 88 is an under construction skyscraper at Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta, Indonesia. The skyscraper is 389 meters (1,276 ft) high at the tip and will have 88 floors above, 6 floors below the ground. It is a mixed use development which was expected to be completed by 2020. The skyscraper will house hotel, offices, and residential apartments. Once completed it will be one of the tallest buildings not only in Jakarta but also within Southeast Asia.

It was included in the Fortune Global 500 lists of 2014 and 2015. It has large debts due to expensive coal power contracts.

Blok M Terminal is a type-B bus terminal located within the commercial and entertainment quarter of Blok M in Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta, Indonesia. It only serves city transport buses that connects several regions in Jakarta and its surrounding cities. The terminal primarily serves Transjakarta's BRT corridors and feeder routes. Perum DAMRI also operates numbers of shuttle bus services from the Soekarno–Hatta International Airport and several gated communities in Greater Jakarta to Blok M terminal. Apart from DAMRI, Mayasari Bakti and Sinar Jaya also operates their bus routes to this terminal. Due to the decrase of service quality, the Jakarta provincial government planned to revitalize Blok M terminal starting in 2024. This will be the second revitalization of the terminal after the first one in 1992, which forms the current building of the terminal.

Blok M MRT Station (or Blok M BCA MRT Station, with BCA granted for naming rights) is a rapid transit station on the North-South Line of the Jakarta MRT in Jakarta, Indonesia. The station is located on Jalan Panglima Polim Raya, Melawai, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, between ASEAN and Blok A stations. Unlike other stations on the MRT network, it has three tracks, with two island platforms. Blok M BCA Station has a direct connection to adjacent Plaza Blok M, and will be integrated with Blok M Bus Terminal and Blok M station of TransJakarta nearby. Due to its location at Blok M of Kebayoran Baru, the station is close to shopping centers such as Mal Blok M, Blok M Square and Pasaraya Grande as well as Plaza Blok M itself.

Blok M is a business and shopping quarter located in Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, Indonesia. It runs east from Iskandarsyah street to Bulungan street in the west. North from Falatehan street to Melawai street in the south. The development is similar to some of the developments near Kota, West Jakarta. On daily basis crowds of people throng its street, and even more so during night time. Much of the popularity of the quarter is due to the prices of goods (which are often low due to the relatively inexpensive property costs for vendors), and the night life.

Patung Pemuda Membangun (translated as Youth Advancement Monument or simply Youth Monument) is a statue located at the southern end of Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, Jakarta, Indonesia. The statue marks the entrance to Kebayoran Baru subdistrict in South Jakarta.

PTIK Stadium is a football stadium in the City of South Jakarta, Indonesia. The stadium has a capacity of 3,000 people.The stadium is owned by the Indonesian National Police. It is located in the center of POLRI Institute for Higher Learning (PTIK) and is the home base of PSJS Jakarta Selatan and Bhayangkara Football Club.
