Saint Stanislaus Kostka Catholic Church (Polish: Kościół Świętego Stanisława Kostki) is a historic Polish church of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Chicago that is located at 1351 West Evergreen Avenue in the Pulaski Park neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois, United States. It is designated as the Sanctuary of Divine Mercy of the Archdiocese. The Church is the "mother church" of all Polish churches in the Archdiocese of Chicago and is open 24 hours, 7 days per week, and hosts Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament at all times except during the celebration of Holy Mass. It is a prime example of the Polish Cathedral style of churches in both its opulence and grand scale. With the Basilica of St. Hyacinth, St. Mary of the Angels Church, and St. Hedwig Church it is one of many monumental Polish churches visible from the Kennedy Expressway that runs through Chicago.

Pulaski Park is a park on the West Side of Chicago, Illinois. It was founded in 1912, and was named after American Revolutionary War hero Casimir Pulaski. Pulaski Park derives its name from the historic park and fieldhouse that was designed by Jens Jensen between 1912 and 1914. 1,200 people were displaced, leading to the razing of a number of buildings while others were moved to nearby locations in the neighborhood.The park and fieldhouse were listed on the National Register of Historic Places on August 13, 1981. It became an official Chicago Landmark on July 29, 2003.The neighborhood in the park's vicinity within West Town is called Pulaski Park after the park.

The North Avenue Bridge can refer to one of three bridges that has carried North Avenue (Illinois Route 64) over the North Branch of the Chicago River on the north side of Chicago, Illinois. A center-pier swing bridge built in 1877 was replaced in 1907 by a bascule bridge, allowing river traffic more room for maneuvering in and out of the North Canal, just north of Goose Island. Due to deteriorating conditions and inadequate capacity, the bascule bridge was demolished in 2006 to make room for a hybrid suspension/cable-stayed bridge. The suspension/cable-stayed bridge fully opened on May 23, 2008.

Holy Trinity Church (Polish: Kościół Trójcy Świętej) is a historic church of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Chicago located at 1118 North Noble Street. It is a prime example of the so-called 'Polish Cathedral style' of churches, in both its opulence and grand scale. Along with such monumental religious edifices as St. Mary of the Angels, St. Hedwig's or St. John Cantius, it is one of the many Polish churches that dominate over the Kennedy Expressway in the Pulaski Park neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. Holy Trinity Church is the home of the Holy Trinity Polish Mission since 1987.

The Cherry Avenue Bridge (North Avenue railroad bridge, or Chicago, Milwaukee & St. Paul Railway, Bridge No. Z-2) is an asymmetric bob-tail swing bridge in Chicago, Illinois that carries the Chicago Terminal Railroad, pedestrians, and cyclists across the North Branch Canal of the Chicago River. It was constructed in 1901–02 by the Chicago, Milwaukee and St. Paul Railway, and it is a rare example of this type of bridge; it was designated a Chicago Landmark on December 12, 2007.

Goose Island is a 160-acre (65-hectare) artificial island in Chicago, Illinois, formed by the North Branch of the Chicago River on the west and the North Branch Canal on the east. It is about 1+1⁄2 miles (2.5 kilometers) long and 1⁄2 mile (800 meters) across at its widest point.

Holy Trinity High School is a Catholic secondary school founded in Chicago, Illinois, United States, by the Congregation of Holy Cross in 1910. It is located in the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Chicago. Established in 1910 by the Brothers of Holy Cross, Holy Trinity was originally a boys' school serving the neighborhood sons of Polish immigrants. Today, Holy Trinity is co-educational and serves Hispanic, African American, Caucasian, and Asian students. Holy Trinity is centrally located to the Chicago area and attracts students from more than 50 ZIP codes across the city as well as around the world, through its international program.

Frontier is a restaurant in West Town, Chicago, Illinois, United States. It adopts a cosy setting and serves finger food as well as novelty food, such as cooked alligator meat. Frontier is run by chef Brian Jupiter and owned by Mark Domitrovich.

The Polish Museum of America is located in West Town, in what had been the historical Polish Downtown neighborhood of Chicago. It is home to numerous Polish artifacts, artwork, and embroidered folk costumes in its growing collection. Founded in 1935, it is one of the oldest ethnic museums in the United States and a Core Member of the Chicago Cultural Alliance, a consortium of 25 ethnic museums and cultural centers in Chicago. Each year, the museum organizes several exhibitions, publishes accompanying bilingual catalogs, and conducts a wide range of public programming, frequently in collaboration with other museums, educational institutions, and cultural centers. It promotes the knowledge of Polish history and culture by focusing on Polish and Polish American art through its collection of paintings, sculptures, drawings and lithographs by well-known artists. In addition to exhibits the Polish Museum of America also maintains cultural programs such as lectures, movies and slide presentations, theater performances, meetings with schools and people dedicated to Polish Culture from all over the world. The museum serves as the focus of official commemorations of Casimir Pulaski Day where various city and state officials congregate to pay tribute to Chicago's Polish Community.

The Polish National Alliance Headquarters, located at 1514-1520 W. Division Street in the West Town neighborhood of Chicago, is the former headquarters of the Polish National Alliance. The Polish National Alliance is a fraternal organization for Polish-Americans which was founded in 1880. The organization was founded to provide aid to new Polish immigrants, promote the preservation of Polish culture in America, and campaign for an independent Poland. Its headquarters building at 1514-1520 W. Division opened in 1938; the organization had been seeking a larger headquarters for some time before then, but the Great Depression and internal conflicts prevented them from building one. Architect Joseph A. Slupkowski, a Polish-American himself who designed several buildings for Chicago's Polish community, designed the Art Deco headquarters. The organization used the building as its headquarters until 1976; during this time, it raised money for the U.S. troops in World War II, successfully supported a law to accept Polish refugees to the United States after the war, and helped establish the Polish American Congress.The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places on December 23, 2014.

Noble Street College Prep (commonly known as the Original Campus) of the Noble Network of Charter Schools, is a Level +1 public four-year charter high school located in the West Town neighborhood in Chicago, Illinois. It is a part of the Noble Network of Charter Schools. Noble Street College Prep was founded by Michael and Tonya Milkie with the support of the Northwestern University Settlement Association in 1999 and is the original campus of Noble Network of Charter Schools. Noble Street College Prep serves grades nine through twelve.

The Northwestern University Settlement House is an Arts and Crafts style house located at 1400 West Augusta Boulevard in Chicago, Illinois, United States. The Settlement Association was founded in 1891 by Northwestern University to provide resources to the poor and new immigrants to the West Town neighborhood. The actual Settlement House structure was built in 1901 by Pond & Pond. It was designated a Chicago Landmark on December 1, 1993.It is the longest continually operating settlement house in the country, as well as the largest settlement house in Chicago since the closing of Hull House which was founded by Jane Addams.
