The Northwestern University Settlement House is an Arts and Crafts style house located at 1400 West Augusta Boulevard in Chicago, Illinois, United States. The Settlement Association was founded in 1891 by Northwestern University to provide resources to the poor and new immigrants to the West Town neighborhood. The actual Settlement House structure was built in 1901 by Pond & Pond. It was designated a Chicago Landmark on December 1, 1993.It is the longest continually operating settlement house in the country, as well as the largest settlement house in Chicago since the closing of Hull House which was founded by Jane Addams.

Noble Street College Prep (commonly known as the Original Campus) of the Noble Network of Charter Schools, is a Level +1 public four-year charter high school located in the West Town neighborhood in Chicago, Illinois. It is a part of the Noble Network of Charter Schools. Noble Street College Prep was founded by Michael and Tonya Milkie with the support of the Northwestern University Settlement Association in 1999 and is the original campus of Noble Network of Charter Schools. Noble Street College Prep serves grades nine through twelve.

The Elizabeth Peabody School is a historic school building at 1444 W. Augusta Boulevard in the West Town neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. The school opened in 1894 to serve the growing number of students in West Town, as immigration and changes to education laws had led to overcrowding at other neighborhood schools. W. August Fiedler, the chief architect of the Chicago Board of Education, designed the school. His design, one of his first after becoming chief architect, combines the utilitarian form of standardized Chicago school designs of the 1870s with elements of the Queen Anne and Richardsonian Romanesque styles. The school served students continuously from its opening until it closed in 2013.The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places on December 26, 2017.

Holy Trinity Church (Polish: Kościół Trójcy Świętej) is a historic church of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Chicago located at 1118 North Noble Street. It is a prime example of the so-called 'Polish Cathedral style' of churches, in both its opulence and grand scale. Along with such monumental religious edifices as St. Mary of the Angels, St. Hedwig's or St. John Cantius, it is one of the many Polish churches that dominate over the Kennedy Expressway in the Pulaski Park neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. Holy Trinity Church is the home of the Holy Trinity Polish Mission since 1987.

The John Lothrop Motley School is a historic school building at 739 N. Ada Street in the West Town neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. It was built in 1884 to serve the growing neighborhood, as an influx of immigrants and Illinois' 1883 Compulsory Education Law had greatly increased its student population. John J. Flanders, who became chief architect of the Chicago Board of Education in 1884, designed the school according to a standardized plan which was used throughout the city. The Renaissance Revival school has an asymmetrical layout and includes several small side entrances, ornamental brickwork on its chimneys, and a metal cornice. Flanders' design was a stark change from the symmetrical Italianate plans of earlier Chicago public schools. The district's student population continued to increase in the following decades, and the Board of Education built an addition onto the school in 1898 as a result. The school operated continuously until closing in 2013.The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places on September 5, 2017.

Holy Trinity High School is a Catholic secondary school founded in Chicago, Illinois, United States, by the Congregation of Holy Cross in 1910. It is located in the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Chicago. Established in 1910 by the Brothers of Holy Cross, Holy Trinity was originally a boys' school serving the neighborhood sons of Polish immigrants. Today, Holy Trinity is co-educational and serves Hispanic, African American, Caucasian, and Asian students. Holy Trinity is centrally located to the Chicago area and attracts students from more than 50 ZIP codes across the city as well as around the world, through its international program.

ARC Gallery is an alternative exhibition space in Chicago, Illinois. Opening in 1973, it was one of the first women artists’ cooperatives in the Midwest along with Artemisia Gallery (another venerable Chicago women’s cooperative that opened on the same block that month). ARC stands for Artists, Residents, Chicago and is one of the longest running women’s cooperative galleries in the country. The original members, recent art school graduates, banded together because they found few female mentors and exhibition opportunities. Through ARC, the members were able to promote their own artwork, feature solo and group exhibitions by many artists from across the county, and create discourse around feminism, art, theory, and practice. In 1979, ARC founded RAWspace, a raw part of the gallery dedicated to exhibiting installation work by visiting artists, selected by ARC members. RAWspace was one of the pioneering spaces in Chicago for the exhibition of installation work.The founding members of the ARC Gallery were Dalia Alekna, Jan Arnow, Gerda Meyer Bernstein, Judy Lerner Brice, Ellen Ferar, Imfriede Hogan Lagerkvist, Maxine Lowe, Mary Min, Kay Rosen, Civia Rosenberg Gina Rosenblum, Sara Skolnik Rosenbluth, Laurel Ross, Myra Toth, and Monika Wulfers.

It is named after the Joan Golder family. The school opened in 2007, and serves grades nine through twelve. Golder College Prep is a level 1+ school based on CPS rankings.

The Polish National Alliance Headquarters, located at 1514-1520 W. Division Street in the West Town neighborhood of Chicago, is the former headquarters of the Polish National Alliance. The Polish National Alliance is a fraternal organization for Polish-Americans which was founded in 1880. The organization was founded to provide aid to new Polish immigrants, promote the preservation of Polish culture in America, and campaign for an independent Poland. Its headquarters building at 1514-1520 W. Division opened in 1938; the organization had been seeking a larger headquarters for some time before then, but the Great Depression and internal conflicts prevented them from building one. Architect Joseph A. Slupkowski, a Polish-American himself who designed several buildings for Chicago's Polish community, designed the Art Deco headquarters. The organization used the building as its headquarters until 1976; during this time, it raised money for the U.S. troops in World War II, successfully supported a law to accept Polish refugees to the United States after the war, and helped establish the Polish American Congress.The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places on December 23, 2014.
