The Holy Cross Cemetery & Mausoleum is a Roman Catholic cemetery located in Malden, Massachusetts, United States. It was established in 1868 and has over a half-million interments on 180 acres.

Everett High School is a public high school in Everett, Massachusetts, United States operated by Everett Public Schools. The school's previous building was located on Broadway in Everett for almost a century. A new high school was built on Elm Street, which opened in September 2007.

Pope John XXIII High School was a private, Roman Catholic high school in Everett, Massachusetts, in the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Boston. The school was established in 1965. It is an independent, coeducational, Catholic college preparatory school serving the metro Boston area. In 2016, Roncalli Prep, recognizing Pope John XXIII's name before taking John as his name ( Grade 8 ) was added to the student body. Roncalli Prep attracts Catholic students from the public school system seeking an advanced curriculum including STEM science, honors algebra, honors Spanish and the humanities. Due to financial difficulties brought on by default by the United School Association (president Phil Morgaman of Florida), the school closed on May 31, 2019.

It is one of three hospitals in Cambridge Health Alliance. Located at 103 Garland Street, CHA Everett Hospital serves the 200,000 residents of Everett, Revere, Chelsea, Winthrop, and Malden, MA, as the only hospital in the five-city area.

Malden Catholic High School is a private, Catholic secondary school located in Malden, Massachusetts. The school was founded by the Congregation of the Brothers of St. Francis Xavier, an international congregation of religious brothers. It is a member of the Xaverian Brothers Sponsored Schools and the National Catholic Educational Association.

The Marcia Browne Junior High School, also known as the Broadway School, is a historic school building at 295 Broadway in Malden, Massachusetts. The brick Colonial Revival two story building was constructed in 1905 to a design by Boston architect Edward I. Wilson, and expanded in 1925. The original portion of the building consists of a central rectangular block, which is flanked by matching wings which project slightly from the main (western) facade. The 1925 additions consist of a rear classroom ell and an auditorium/gymnasium addition connected to the north end of the main building by a hyphen. Originally known as the Broadway School, it was renamed in 1913 in honor of a well-liked principal. It served as a junior high school until the early 1990s, when it was closed.The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2000. It is now home to an elderly assisted living facility.

Linden School is a public school in Malden, Massachusetts, United States with over 750 students. In 2001, the school used a $250,000 Small Schools Grant from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to divide Linden School into two autonomous schools. Half of the school now houses kindergarten through Grade 4 and the other, grades 5 to 8. Malden Schools Superintendent Joan Connolly told The Boston Globe that "there's good research to support the theory that kids learn better in smaller school settings."Linden is a magnet school for Gifted Education and for Communications, Humanities, and Multi-Media. Admittance to the Gifted Education Program is governed by Malden Public Schools criteria, which include rubrics developed by teachers of the gifted program. Once accepted into the program, eligibility is reviewed annually. Programming and curricula are developed according to the students' academic talents.The Communications and Humanities Multi-Media program concentrates on oral and written communications. Study of the humanities is used as a focus for teaching and learning in language arts, social sciences, geography, art, and music. The mathematics and science curricula are enhanced by integration of technology into all areas of teaching and learning.The teaching of self-esteem at Linden was debated in a 2002 Boston Herald article. The school's 2001 participation in a research and clean-up effort of the local Town Line Brook watershed through the Saugus River Watershed Council was also profiled in The Boston Globe.In 2011, principal Richard Bransfield proposed to change the Linden School into an innovation school. These changes took place at the start of the 2012 school year, and the Linden School was changed to the Linden STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) Academy, which focuses on project-based learning.

The C. Henry Kimball House is an historic house at 295 Washington Avenue in Chelsea, Massachusetts. The 2+1⁄2-story wood-frame house was built c. 1896, and is one of the city's finest Queen Anne Victorian houses. It was built by Charles Henry Kimball, an innovative businessman who developed heated vehicles, revolutionizing the transport of potatoes. He was also a major figure in the development of Chelsea's wholesale fruit and produce exchange.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

Revere Beach Parkway is a historic parkway in the suburbs immediately north of Boston, Massachusetts. It begins at Wellington Circle in Medford, where the road leading to the west is Mystic Valley Parkway, and the north–south road is the Fellsway, designated Route 28. The parkway proceeds east, ending at Eliot Circle, the junction of Revere Beach Boulevard and Winthrop Parkway in Revere. In between, the parkway passes through the cities of Everett and Chelsea. The parkway was built between 1896 and 1904 to provide access from interior communities to Revere Beach. It underwent two major periods of capacity expansion, in the 1930s and again in the 1950s. The parkway is designated as part of Route 16 west of Route 1A, and as part of Route 145 east of that point. The route of the roadway, along with a number of specific features relating to its original period of construction and those of the later expansions up to 1957, was listed as a historic district on the National Register of Historic Places in 2007.

Clubs provided are Drama Club, GSA (Gay Straight Alliance), Journalism, German, Science, Art, Multicultural, Reach program, among others. Athletics provided are Football, Basketball, Softball, Baseball, Soccer, Volleyball, Track, Cross Country and Cheerleading. School colors are Red, Black, and White. The school's mascot is the Red Devil, named in honor of the city's history of devastating fires.

Roosevelt Park was a large open public park in Malden, Massachusetts with three baseball diamonds, open space for football games, a basketball court, a children's playground, and an old field house that had closed prior to the closing of the park itself. The park was also the home field for Malden Catholic High School's football program until the completion of their own stadium, Brother Gilbert Stadium, in 1988. The city of Malden announced plans in the mid-1990s to replace all of the public elementary schools in the city. Roosevelt Park was picked as a site to build a brand new Kindergarten-Eighth grade school. The park was officially closed in 1998. Construction began for the new school that same year. In 1999, the Salemwood Elementary School opened on the site of what was Roosevelt Park.
