Crotched Mountain

Crotched Mountain Rehabilitation Center is located in Greenfield, New Hampshire, United States. It began as a rehabilitation center for children with polio. However, over the years it has evolved into one of New Hampshire's largest human services organizations, serving students with disabilities at Crotched Mountain School, children with autism through its "Ready Set Connect" programs, and adults with unique needs through Crotched Mountain Community Care.

The white clapboarded building was built c. 1801–03, and rebuilt in 1837, at which time it received its Greek Revival styling. It was used as a church until 1987, and for town meetings until 1833. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1999. It is now managed by a nonprofit as a community resource.

The pond's dam is located in the town of Bennington, with water impounded into the towns of Hancock and Greenfield. The lake is classified as a warmwater fishery, with observed species including smallmouth and largemouth bass, chain pickerel, horned pout, black crappie, and bluegill.
