The original name that was to be given to the center was "Tierra Luna Marketplace".Anchors include Walmart, Cinemark multicinema, Burlington, ULTA Beauty, Five Below, TJ Maxx, and HomeGoods. There are signed walks on the property with information about the site's history in relation to film and to aerospace.The Promenade is immediately adjacent to Downey Landing, another power center built on the northernmost 34 acres of the aerospace site, anchored by Best Buy, Bed Bath & Beyond, DSW Shoe Warehouse, Bally Total Fitness, PetSmart, Pier 1 Imports, and Staples. College Hospital is an acute psychiatric hospital in Cerritos, California.College Hospital has been open since 1973 and has specialty programs in dealing with geriatric, adolescent and pediatric mental health issues. There is also a program specifically created to address problems in the Latino community with the services of Spanish speaking and bi-cultural psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers and counselors.
