Sankō Shrine

The Sanada Maru (真田丸 （さなだまる）, Sanada Maru) was a small fortification attached to Osaka castle. It is famous for being impregnable and playing a key role in defending the castle in the winter of 1615. Later, it was forcefully destroyed despite being exempt from the reconciliation condition.

Osaka Jogakuin Junior and Senior High School (大阪女学院中学校・高等学校, Ōsaka Jogakuin Chūgakkō Kōtōgakkō) is a private Christian girls' junior and senior high school in Tamatsukuri, Chuo-ku, Osaka. Missionaries from the Cumberland Presbyterian Church in the United States established the school in 1884. As of 2019 it had a total of 1,330 students; its junior high division had 512 students and its senior high division had 818 students.

Tamatsukuri Inari Shrine (玉造稲荷神社, Tamatsukuri-Inari-jinja) is a shrine dedicated to the Shinto kami ('god') Inari. Its construction can be traced to 12 BCE, and Inari was enshrined there by Toyotomi Hideyoshi in the 1580s to protect Osaka Castle.

The octopus stone, Taiko-ishi 蛸石 (also called "Drum Rock") is a large stone at Osaka Castle in Japan. The stone is near Sakura Gate.It is one of the largest of several megaliths at the castle (by face area), at 5.5×11.7 meters and over 120 tonnes (130 tons). Its name is derived from the octopus shape visible on its lower left corner.

The Osaka International Peace Center (大阪国際平和センター, Ōsaka-kokusai-heiwa-sentā), also known as Peace Osaka (ピースおおさか, Pīsu-Ōsaka), is a peace museum established in August 1991 based in the city of Osaka, Japan. It focuses on the destruction of the city during World War II and the broader themes of the tragedy of war and the importance of peace. It is funded by Osaka city and Osaka Prefecture.In 2015, after pressures by members of the Japan Innovation Party, exhibits were changed; the section on U.S. air raids in Osaka Prefecture between December 1944 and August 1945 was expanded and items related to Japan's actions in Asia were removed. The spirit of the museum was radically altered and transformed: it became a conservative museum.

Naniwa Nagara-Toyosaki Palace (難波長柄豊碕宮, Naniwa-no-Nagara-no-Toyosaki-no-miya), is a historical palace which was located in present-day central Osaka city, Japan. The palace of this period is also sometimes referred to as the Former Naniwa Palace (前期難波宮, zenki-Naniwa-no-miya), to contrast it with the (Latter) Naniwa Palace built in the same location in 744 AD. Construction of the palace was completed in 652 AD. The palace stood for 34 years before being destroyed by fire in 686 AD.

Ōsaka-Uehommachi Station (大阪上本町駅, Ōsaka-Uehonmachi-eki) is a railway station in Tennoji-ku, Osaka, Japan, served by the Kintetsu Railway's Osaka, Nara, and Namba Lines. Trains on the Nara Line arrive at and depart from an underground platform. The station is connected to Tanimachi Kyuchome Station on the Tanimachi Line (T25) and the Sennichimae Line (S18) of the Osaka Metro. It has been the Kintetsu Railway's terminus since the Nara Line was opened in 1914. The station is also known as Ueroku Station (上六駅, Ueroku-eki) since it is located in Uehommachi Rokuchōme (or Ueroku for short), which is currently used as the name of the connecting bus stops. The station was renamed from Uehommachi Station (上本町駅) on 20 March 2009, when it started being served by trains on the Hanshin Namba Line.
