Cedar Glen is an unincorporated community in San Bernardino County, California, United States. This mountain community lies at an elevation of 5403 ft (1647 m), and is located within the San Bernardino National Forest resort area immediately east of Lake Arrowhead. California State Highway 173 bisects Cedar Glen and passes through Lake Arrowhead.

Lake Arrowhead is an artificial lake located in the San Bernardino Mountains on Little Bear Creek, a tributary of Deep Creek and the Mojave River. It has a surface area of approximately 780 acres (320 ha) and a capacity of 48,000 acre⋅ft (59,000 dam3). It is surrounded by the unincorporated community of Lake Arrowhead in San Bernardino County, California. The lake was originally intended to serve as part of a major waterworks project to provide irrigation water to the San Bernardino Valley, and construction of the Lake Arrowhead Dam began toward that end in 1904. However, the original project was halted due to litigation over water supplies to land owners on the desert side of the mountains. Construction of the dam was completed in 1922 by the Arrowhead Lake Company, a Los Angeles syndicate, as part of a plan to develop the area into a resort.Use of the lake is currently controlled by the Arrowhead Lake Association, which maintains the lake for the recreational use of its members. Only Lake Arrowhead residents with lake rights may access the water. With the exception of a small handful of beaches and walkways, mostly attached to lakefront hotels and businesses, the entire lake shore is lined with boat docks and private homes. The Lake Arrowhead community Services District withdraws water from the lake for treatment and distribution to local residents for potable use.

Lake Arrowhead is an unincorporated community and a census-designated place (CDP) in the San Bernardino Mountains of San Bernardino County, California, surrounded by the San Bernardino National Forest, and surrounding the eponymous Lake Arrowhead Reservoir. Lake Arrowhead is located 13 miles north east of the San Bernardino city limits. The population of the CDP was estimated at 12,424 in the 2010 census. It was formerly called "Little Bear Lake", until around 1920, when a group from Los Angeles, the Arrowhead Lake Company, bought the lake and the land surrounding it, and changed its name to Arrowhead Lake. Tourism is the primary economic generator for the area, contributing several million dollars per year to the county and providing hundreds of full-time and part-time jobs for local residents. The area is host to over four million visitors a year. There are 400 guest rooms in hotels, motels and bed and breakfasts, vacation cabin rentals, condos, and rustic cabin lodges and resorts.

Skyforest is an unincorporated community in San Bernardino County, California, United States. Skyforest is located at an elevation of approximately 5,700 feet in the San Bernardino Mountains, along California State Route 18, 1 mile (1.6 km) southeast of Lake Arrowhead and approximately 75 miles east of Los Angeles. Skyforest has a post office with ZIP code 92385, which opened in 1928.

SkyPark at Santa's Village is an outdoor adventure park with year-round mountain biking, hiking, fly fishing and open air activities in the Skyforest section of Lake Arrowhead, California. It opened on December 2, 2016, on the site of the former Santa's Village amusement park, which operated from 1955 until 1998.

KLYY (97.5 MHz, "José 97.5 y 107.1") is a commercial FM radio station licensed to Riverside, California, and broadcasting to the Inland Empire, High Desert and Greater Los Angeles areas. It is owned by Entravision Communications and it airs a Spanish language adult hits radio format. It operates from studios in Los Angeles. Programming is simulcast on KSSE Arcadia, KSSD Fallbrook and KSSC Ventura, all on 107.1 FM. KLYY is considered a "superpower" FM station. KGGI (99.1 MHz) is a commercial FM radio station licensed to Riverside, California, and broadcasting to the Inland Empire. The station airs a Rhythmic Contemporary radio format and is owned by iHeartMedia, Inc. Its studios are on Iowa Avenue in Riverside. KGGI has an effective radiated power (ERP) of 2,550 watts. Its transmitter tower is on Ongo Camp Road in San Bernardino National Forest near Lake Arrowhead and Running Springs. KGGI broadcasts an HD Radio signal. In addition to its core service area of the Inland Empire, the station’s high transmitter site allows it to be heard clearly in the Victor Valley, where it regularly rates #1 in their radio ratings. The HD2 digital subchannel formerly played Classic Hip Hop music but has since been turned off. The station also streams on the iHeartRadio app.

Blue Jay is an unincorporated community located in San Bernardino County, California. It is located in the San Bernardino Mountains, above a region of California known as the Inland Empire. It is within the San Bernardino National Forest. Blue Jay Village itself is located one mile from the southwestern bank of Lake Arrowhead. The town is a part of the Lake Arrowhead Community. Other towns in this community are Lake Arrowhead, Running Springs, Twin Peaks, Sky Forest, Agua Fria, and Cedar Glen.

Rim of the World High School is a public secondary school located in Lake Arrowhead, California, at the top of the mountain overlooking the San Bernardino Valley. It is part of the Rim of the World Unified School District and is the only comprehensive 9-12 high school in the system.

Robert Brownlee Observatory (RBO) is an astronomical observatory owned and operated by the Mountain Skies Astronomical Society (MSAS). It is located in Lake Arrowhead, California, USA. The observatory was named for Robert Gregg Brownlee, a biochemist.
