Belsize House

Belsize Square Synagogue is a synagogue and Jewish community in Belsize Park, Hampstead, in the London Borough of Camden. It is independent, drawing from the worship tradition of German Liberal Judaism.

St. Mary's Town and Country School was an independent, non-denominational, co-educational progressive day and boarding school, founded in Belsize Park, London in 1937. It closed at the end of 1982. The school was owned and run by Mrs Elisabeth Paul PhD (née Selver), assisted by her husband Henry Paul, Elisabeth Paul's father David was a former rabbi in Darmstadt, Heinz Paul was a German Protestant. Both emigrated in 1936 from Berlin to London where in 1937 they bought the school, originally called St. Mary's School, at 1 Belsize Avenue. The school curriculum was biased toward the learning of languages and the arts from an early age, and the pupils, aged 4 to 18 years, were primarily the children of artists, musicians, writers, film producers and actors.

Belsize Park Gardens is a street in the Belsize Park area of Hampstead in London. Located in the London Borough of Camden, it is residential street featuring white stucco Victorian era buildings. It runs roughly southeastwards from Belsize Avenue in Belsize Village before terminating at a junction with Eton Avenue, England's Lane and Primrose Hill Road. The Grade II listed pub The Washington, dating from around 1865, is located at its eastern end.The area was laid out in the mid-nineteenth century as prosperous housing to provide for the expanding population of the capital. The Italianate stucco style resembled similar new neighbourhoods in Kensington. From 1855 the property developer Daniel Tidey directed the development of the street, described by Pevsner as "the most impressive stretch" notable for its paired palazzi with ionic porches. It is built on the land of the former Belsize House estate from which it takes its name, along with various other streets in the vicinity. Notable former residents included the composer Frederick Delius and the journalist Henry Noel Brailsford, both of whom are now commemorated with blue plaques.

Hereward House School (), also known as HHS, is an Independent Association of Prep Schools (IAPS) independent preparatory school for boys aged 4 to 13, located in Hampstead, London on 14 Strathray Gardens, near Swiss Cottage and Finchley Road. It prepares boys for London day schools as well as London boarding schools (including City of London, Westminster, Mill Hill and Highgate).

Eton Avenue is a street in the Belsize Park area of Hampstead in North London. Located in the London Borough of Camden, it runs eastward from Swiss Cottage tube station to a junction with England's Lane and Belsize Park Gardens by The Washington pub. Built in the late Victorian era by William Willett it features redbrick houses with terracotta and shaped gables, in contrast to the earlier white stucco Italianate style that dominates in the streets slightly to the north on the old Belsize House estate. Construction started around 1886. The street was laid out on the former Eton College estate, after which it takes it name. The western end is pedestrianised outside Hampstead Theatre and hosts the Swiss Cottage Market. The nearby Embassy Theatre uses the site of the former Hampstead Conservatoire. Many buildings in the street are now listed. Amongst them is the Grade II-listed Belsize Fire Station designed by Charles Winmill and built between 1912 and 1915.

The Hall School is an independent boys' preparatory school in Belsize Park, Hampstead, north London, currently teaching boys from age 4 to age 13.

Belsize Fire Station is a former fire station that is now used for private housing. Built between 1912 and 1915, it is a Grade II* listed building, and is situated in the London Borough of Camden.

Belsize Lane is a street in the Belsize Park area of Hampstead in London. Located in the London Borough of Camden, it runs east to west from Haverstock Hill to Fitzjohns Avenue. While residential for much of the route, it also features a group of commercial properties that form the centre of Belsize Village. The Tavistock Clinic is located at its western end. It is one of the oldest roads in the area, dating back to the period when the area was largely rural and dominated by the Belsize House estate. The route is significantly older than streets immediately to its south such as Belsize Park Gardens, Belsize Avenue and Belsize Square which were only laid out after Belsize House was pulled down and redeveloped in 1853. The Belsize Tunnel, constructed by the Midland Railway in the 1860s, passes underneath the street. Near the eastern end of the street is Hunter's Lodge, a white stucco cottage designed by Joseph Parkinson in 1810 which is now Grade II listed. Closer to the western end numbers 79–93, a terrace of mid-nineteenth century stucco houses, are also listed. Number 34 is a single storey studio house built in 1975-6 which the architect Georgie Wolton designed for herself and her family, it was listed in October 2023.Outside the Tavistock Clinic is a Statue of Sigmund Freud by Oscar Nemon.

Fellows Road is a two-lane road in the London Borough of Camden, just north of Central London. It is on the Eton College estate, a series of roads and houses built to replace the area destroyed in World War II, on land owned by Eton College. The road was originally built in 1873 and finished between 1874 and 1894, and named after the college's fellows.Between Fellows Road and the parallel Adelaide Road is the Chalcots housing estate, which has four tower blocks: Dorney, Bray, Burnham and Taplow (all named after places near Eton). Entrances to the road can be accessed via Merton Rise, King's College Road, Winchester Road and Primrose Hill Road. The road also has a number of small closes, including Brocas Close, Tobin Close, Huson Close, Briary Close and Hornby Close.

Chalcots Estate is a council housing estate on Adelaide Road and Fellows Road in Swiss Cottage in the London Borough of Camden. It was designed by Dennis Lennon and Partners. The Chalcots Estate was built on land owned by Eton College, which is reflected in the names of the individual buildings. The Estate comprises five high-rise tower blocks with a total of 711 or 717 flats, in four identical 23-storey towers (Taplow, Burnham, Bray, and Dorney), and one smaller 19-storey block (Blashford). The blocks were built in two stages, with approvals being given in 1965 and 1966, and construction in 1967 and 1968.In 2012, there was a fire in the estate's Taplow Block, where the fire-resistant rock-wool insulation and fire-resistant sealant between floors meant that the fire was contained.

Hillfield Court is a prominent art deco residential mansion block in Belsize Park, in the London Borough of Camden, built in 1934. It is located off Belsize Avenue and can also be accessed from Glenloch Road. It is one of the many purpose built mansion blocks on Haverstock Hill between Chalk Farm and Hampstead. It is close to the amenities near Belsize Park tube station, as well as the shops of Belsize Village, South End Green and Hampstead.

Fine Arts College is an independent college in Hampstead, London, founded in 1978 with an average intake of 200 students aged 13 – 19.The College offers over 25 A-level subjects in the Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences and 15 subjects at GCSE. Students entering Year 9 follow a broad academic curriculum alongside creative subjects, art, music and drama. Fine Arts also runs a one year Portfolio course to prepare students for degree courses at university and art school, both in the UK and internationally. Students following this course are free to experiment across the four arts courses offered. The Principal is Candida Cave MA, CFA Oxon, the Head is Emmy Schwieters, and the Deputy Heads are Craig Winchcombe (Academic) and Becky Hayes (Pastoral)
