The Lensbury

Lensbury Sports Ground is a cricket ground in Teddington, London (formerly Middlesex). The first recorded match on the ground was in 1932, when Affiliated South American Banks played the South Americans. From 1982 to 1998, the ground held a combined total of 17 Second XI fixtures for the Middlesex Second XI in the Second XI Championship and Second XI Trophy.In 1979, the ground held a single Women's One Day International between England women and West Indies women.In local domestic cricket, the ground is the home venue of St. Mary's University College cricket team.

Teddington Studios was a large British television studio in Teddington, London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, providing studio facilities for programmes airing on the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, Sky1 and others. The complex also provided studio space for channel continuity. The site was run by the Pinewood Studios Group. Originally built as film studios, the studios were the main production centres for the ITV franchisees ABC Weekend TV and Thames Television. Pinewood Group's lease on Teddington Studios expired in 2014. The studios were demolished in February 2016 to be turned into housing, with programmes made there having moved to other facilities. The studio buildings will be replaced by three modern apartment blocks and other smaller houses, with the view towards the river from Broom Road opened up.

The Teddington Lock Footbridges are two footbridges over the River Thames in England, situated just upstream of Teddington Lock at Teddington. There is a small island between the bridges. The two footbridges were built between 1887 and 1889, funded by donations from local residents and businesses. They replaced a ferry which gave its name to Ferry Road at Teddington. The southern bridge consists of a suspension bridge crossing the weir stream and linking the island to Teddington. The northern bridge is an iron girder bridge crossing the lock cut and linking the island to Ham on the Surrey bank. In recent years wooden ramps have been added to the approach to the bridge on the Ham side and to the middle part on the small island so that cycles and pushchairs etc. can avoid the steps up to and down from that section of the bridge. From this point downstream the Thames Path runs on both sides of the river and upstream it runs on the Surrey side only. The footbridges are both Grade II listed.

St Alban's Church is a former church located in Teddington, in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, England. It was dedicated to Saint Alban, the first English Christian martyr. The building, which is Grade II* listed, is still owned by the Church of England but is now leased to the Landmark Arts Centre for use as a venue for concerts and exhibitions.

The towpath murders were a case in which two teenage girls were murdered on the towpath near Teddington Lock in Richmond upon Thames, London, England, on 31 May 1953. Alfred Charles Whiteway (1931 – 22 December 1953) was found guilty and hanged for the murders, which attracted much press attention, the case being described at the time as "one of Scotland Yard's most notable triumphs in a century". At the trial, defence counsel Peter Rawlinson had subjected lead detective Herbert Hannam to what was at the time considered a very sharp cross-examination on Whiteway's contention that the main evidence against him had been manufactured by police.

Teddington Lock is a complex of three locks and a weir on the River Thames between Ham and Teddington in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, England. Historically in Middlesex, it was first built in 1810. The limit of legal powers between the Port of London Authority, the navigation authority downstream to the North Sea and that upstream to small headwaters of the river, the Environment Agency, is marked nearby by an obelisk on the "Surrey" (towpath, right) bank. The weir named Teddington Weir marks the river's usual tidal limit and is the lowest on the Thames. This lock is the lowest full-tide lock and second lowest of all-tide locks on the Thames. The complex of civil engineering or infrastructure in essence consists of a large long weir and three locks: a conventional launch lock in regular use, very large barge lock and a small skiff lock. The barge lock was made to accommodate long barges, steamers or passenger ferries and has an additional set of gates half-way to operate more quickly for shorter craft. The staggered structures incorporate two reinforced narrow islands. The upper island is traversed by and accessible by the lock gates or Teddington Lock Footbridge.

St Mary with St Alban is the Church of England parish church of Teddington in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. It comprises the church of St Mary (Teddington's old parish church) and the former church of St Alban nearby. The vicar is the Reverend Joe Moffatt. The church building, which has been Grade II* listed since 1952, is located on Ferry Road in Teddington, opposite the former St Alban's Church, which is now an arts centre. The oldest parts of the building date from the 16th century.The church's most famous vicar was the Reverend Stephen Hales, a scientist whose legacy is the nearby National Physical Laboratory; he is buried next to the church's tower.

St Mark's, Teddington, the parish church of South Teddington and Hampton Wick, is a Church of England church in the liberal Catholic tradition. It is located on St Mark's Road, Teddington in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. The current building dates from 1939 and was designed by architect Cyril Farey.

Teddington School is a co-educational state school for ages 11–18, located in Teddington in the borough of Richmond upon Thames in south-west London. It has had academy status since 2012, and is operated by the Bourne Trust. It opened a co-educational sixth form in 2014.

Teddington Lifeboat Station is a lifeboat station in Teddington, in west London, on the River Thames. It is one of the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI)'s newest lifeboat stations and is also one of the first to cover a river rather than estuarial waters or the sea. Teddington Lock is the highest tidal point on the Thames.
