The following buildings were added to the National Register of Historic Places as part of the Tarpon Springs Sponge Boats Multiple Property Submission (or MPS).

St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Cathedral is a Greek Orthodox parish and center for Greek-American life in Tarpon Springs, Florida. Its noted Neo-Byzantine church is located at 36 North Pinellas Avenue.St. Nicholas hosts an annual Epiphany celebration on January 6, in which Greek Orthodox boys aged 16 to 18 dive into Spring Bayou to retrieve a white wooden cross, said to bring the finder blessings for the year. It is the largest such event in the Western Hemisphere, with thousands in attendance. A statue of an epiphany diver is located in front of the church.

The Safford House is a historic home in Tarpon Springs, Florida. On October 16, 1974, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. The house is named for its original owner, Anson P.K. Safford. The city of Tarpon Springs owns and operates the Safford House Museum as a late 19th-century Victorian historic house museum.

On December 6, 1990, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.

The Tarpon Springs Depot is a former railroad depot built by the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad in 1909, located in downtown Tarpon Springs, Florida at 160 East Tarpon Avenue within the Tarpon Springs Historic District.The former rail line that serviced the depot, originally built by the Orange Belt Railway in 1888 and last used for a series of special excursion trips to nearby Dunedin and back on March 8, 1987, was converted into a section of the Pinellas Trail in the 1990s.

The Tarpon Springs Cultural Center includes the Center for Gulf Coast Folklife and located in Tarpon Springs, Florida at 101 South Pinellas Avenue in Old Tarpon Springs City Hall.

On August 10, 1990, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. It was designed by renowned architect Ernest Ivey Cook in the neoclassical style.

The Arcade Hotel (also known as the Shaw Arcade or Howard Hotel) is a historic hotel in Tarpon Springs, Florida, United States. It is located at 210 South Pinellas Avenue. On January 12, 1984, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. Several guests had stayed there throughout the 1930s and committed suicide in the hotel after Black Tuesday, the beginning of the Great Depression. The building now houses several shop. It is located on alt. 19 in Tarpon Springs Florida, near the historic downtown.

The Duchess is a historic sponge-hooking boat in Tarpon Springs, Florida. It is located at the Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks at Dodecanese Boulevard. On August 2, 1990, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.
