Bentley's Oyster Bar and Grill is a restaurant at 11-15 Swallow Street, London, which opened in 1916. The restaurant, previously known as Bentley's, has always specialised in oysters.

Sibylla's was a nightclub in the West End of London that operated from 1966 to 1968. It was located at 9 Swallow Street, on the edge of Mayfair and close to Piccadilly Circus. The club's launch on 22 June 1966 was attended by many artists and celebrities, including the Beatles, members of the Rolling Stones, Michael Caine, Julie Christie, David Bailey and Mary Quant. Like the Ad Lib and the Scotch of St. James, the club was a popular meeting place for rock musicians and other artists until trends changed in the London scene. Sibylla's was conceived as an exclusive venue for leading figures in the Swinging London era. Its major shareholders and owners were advertising copywriter Kevin Macdonald, photographer Terry Howard, and property developer Bruce Higham, while baronet and champion horse rider William Pigott-Brown provided much of the finance for the venture. George Harrison of the Beatles was given a shareholding in the club, in return for the publicity his association would bring, and disc jockey Alan Freeman was also a shareholder. The club's interior was designed by David Mlinaric. Since Sibylla's closed, the site has continued to be a nightclub location.

Prince's Hall was a concert venue in Piccadilly, London. It was part of the premises of the Royal Institute of Painters in Water Colours, at 190–195 Piccadilly, situated behind the galleries where annual exhibitions of the Institute took place. The building was opened by the Prince and Princess of Wales in 1883.In 1900 the Prince's Hall was joined with the Prince's Hotel to the rear, and became a restaurant. Prince's Hotel, built about 1898, was at 36–38 Jermyn Street, which runs parallel to Piccadilly to the south. From 1929 to 1933 there was extensive alteration: the hotel was converted into offices and business premises, and Princes Arcade was constructed between Piccadilly and Jermyn Street.

Vine Street is a street in Westminster, London, running from Swallow Street, parallel to Regent Street and Piccadilly. It is now a dead end that was shortened from a longer road in the early 18th century owing to the building of Regent Street. From the 18th to 20th century, it was home to Vine Street Police Station, which grew from a watch-house into one of the busiest police stations in the world. The Marquess of Queensberry was charged with libel against Oscar Wilde here in 1895. There was also a court house in the 18th and early 19th century. The street's association with law has led to it being grouped with Bow Street and Marlborough Street on the standard British Monopoly board.

Princes Arcade is an arcade of shops running between Piccadilly and Jermyn Street in central London. It is home to a number of small menswear shops and boutiques.The arcade is located on the site of the former Princes Hotel, designed by Edward Robert Robson for the Royal Institute of Painters in Water Colours and opened in April 1883. A westward extension of the hotel was built between 1911 and 1913, which is now Nos. 39-40 Jermyn Street. The arcade was constructed between 1929 and 1933, linking the two streets. The hotel was subsequently converted into offices.The arcade was refurbished by the Crown Estate in 2018 as "a space for innovative retail brands".

Hatchards claims to be the oldest bookshop in the United Kingdom, founded on Piccadilly in 1797 by John Hatchard. After one move, it has been at the same location on Piccadilly next to Fortnum & Mason since 1801, and the two stores are also neighbours in St. Pancras railway station as of 2014. It has a reputation for attracting high-profile authors and holds three Royal Warrants granted by the Queen, the Prince of Wales and the Duke of Edinburgh respectively.

The Stork Club was a nightclub in Swallow Street in London's West End. In the late 1950s, it was run by "nightclub king" Al Burnett, and notable guests included Harold Macmillan, John Profumo, Peter Sellers, Frank Sinatra, Lana Turner, Bette Davis, Ava Gardner, Elizabeth Taylor, King Hussein of Jordan, and Jean Simmons. The resident band for seven years was the Denny Termer trio, with Bill Bramwell on bass and Monty Babson on drumsIt was later owned by Oscar Owide, eventually becoming a brothel, before closing its doors in 2001. Later that year, Marco Pierre White and Piers Adam attempted to revive it as a glamorous destination, but both lost money on the deal and by 2002 the project had run into legal subletting difficulties with the Crown Estates, at which point White and Adam were no longer working together on the project.The building is now the site of a club and restaurant called the Cuckoo Club.

Piccadilly Market at St James's Church Piccadilly is a market in the St James's district of the City of Westminster. It is open six days a week and occupies the courtyard on the North side of St James's Church, Piccadilly. It is close to Piccadilly Circus, Fortnum & Mason and The Ritz London Hotel.

The Albany, or simply Albany, is an apartment complex in Piccadilly, London. The three-storey mansion was built in the 1770s and divided into apartments in 1802.
