Mindaribba railway station

Mindaribba is a suburb in the City of Maitland in the Hunter Region of New South Wales, Australia. It is located on the eastern side of the Hunter River, approximately 9 km (5.6 mi) north of the Maitland central business district. Mindaribba had a population of 97 people in the 2021 Census.

Dunmore House is a heritage-listed residence at 557 Paterson Road, Bolwarra Heights, in the Hunter region of New South Wales, Australia. It was built from 1830 to 1833 by William and Andrew Lang. It was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 16 August 2012.

The Dunmore Bridge is a heritage-listed road bridge that carries Clarence Town Road across the Paterson River in Woodville, New South Wales, Australia. It was designed by Percy Allan and built in 1899 by Morpeth contractor, S. McGill. The property is owned by Transport for NSW. It was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 20 June 2000.

Woodville is a rural suburb in the Hunter Region of New South Wales, Australia that is shared between the Port Stephens and Maitland local government areas (LGA). Most of the suburb lies to the east of the Paterson River in the Port Stephens LGA while a small area of approximately 1.3 square kilometres (0.5 sq mi), to the west of the Paterson, is within the boundaries of the Maitland LGA.

Bolwarra Heights is a suburb in the City of Maitland in the Hunter Region of New South Wales, Australia. It is located on the eastern side of the Hunter River, approximately 5 km (3.1 mi) north of the Maitland central business district. Mainly a residential suburb, Bolwarra Heights is bordered to the east by Largs. The traditional owners and custodians of the Maitland area are the Wonnarua people. The present day suburb of Bolwarra Heights is situated on land originally granted to Scottish settler George Lang by Governor Macquarie in 1822. The Lang family home, historic Dunmore House is a heritage-listed Georgian style homestead built using convict labour in the 1830s, located on the road between Bolwarra Heights and the nearby village of Woodville.

Maitland Vale is a suburb in the City of Maitland in the Hunter Region of New South Wales, Australia. The traditional owners and custodians of the Maitland area are the Wonnarua people. Maitland Vale is a predominantly rural suburb and covers an area of 11.3 square kilometres (4.4 sq mi) with a new residential development in the southeastern corner comprising 20.5 hectares (51 acres). The Hunter River is located along the southern boundary, with the North Coast Railway along the eastern boundary. The suburb is situated in a valley with hills rising in the west, north and east. Maitland Vale has a minimum elevation of 10 metres (33 ft) along the southern boundary rising to 126 metres (413 ft) in the north. Comerfords Hill is a prominent point in the southeast with a height of 84 metres (276 ft).

Largs is a developing township adjacent to Bolwarra Heights and is a suburb in the City of Maitland in the Hunter Region of New South Wales, Australia. It is located on the eastern side of the Hunter River, 6 km north of the Maitland CBD. As of 2018, the Maitland LGA is seeing new development along elevated areas adjacent to the river flood plain. Maitland is an established city. Schools and all normal community facilities are available. The City of Maitland covers an area of 390 square kilometres.

Oakhampton is a suburb in the City of Maitland in the Hunter Region of New South Wales, Australia. The traditional owners and custodians of the Maitland area are the Wonnarua people. The train station in the area closed on 20 October 1975. Hunter Line services operating on the Dungog Branch run through the closed station, located between Telerah and Mindaribba.

Aberglasslyn House is a heritage-listed residence and former boarding school on Aberglasslyn lane, Aberglasslyn, in the Hunter region of New South Wales, Australia. It was designed by John Verge and built from 1840 to 1842. It is also known as Aberglasslyn and Aberglasslyn Homestead. It was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 2 April 1999.

Walka Water Works is a heritage-listed 19th-century pumping station at 55 Scobies Lane, Oakhampton Heights, City of Maitland, New South Wales, Australia. Originally built in 1887 to supply water to Newcastle and the lower Hunter Valley, it has since been restored and preserved and is part of Maitland City Council's Walka Recreation and Wildlife Reserve. It was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 2 April 1999.

Aberglasslyn is a rapidly expanding suburb of Maitland, located in the Hunter Valley of New South Wales Australia.

Maitland ( MAYT-lənd) is a city in the Hunter Valley of New South Wales, Australia and the seat of Maitland City Council, situated on the Hunter River approximately 166 kilometres (103 mi) by road north of Sydney and 35 km (22 mi) north-west of Newcastle. It is on the New England Highway approximately 17 km (11 mi) from its origin at Hexham. At the 2021 census it had approximately 89,597 inhabitants, spread over an area of 392 square kilometres (151 sq mi), with most of the population located in a strip along the New England Highway between the suburbs of Lochinvar and Thornton. The city centre is located on the right bank of the Hunter River, protected from moderate potential flooding by a levee. Surrounding areas include the cities of Cessnock and Singleton local government areas.
