The Flatiron District (also sometimes called the Triangle District) in Oklahoma City is so named because several buildings in the district were built in a flatiron (triangular) architectural style due to Harrison Avenue diagonally intersecting the east-west and north-south streets of the district. The district is bounded by N.E. 4th St on the south, Interstate-235 on the east, the Santa Fe Railroad on the west and N.E. 9th St on the north. Like much of downtown Oklahoma City, the district was blighted for decades until the downtown renaissance began in the 1990s. Since then the district has seen numerous developments and is closely tied to the revitalization of both Deep Deuce and Automobile Alley. Several mixed use developments have been seen in recent years including the Block 42 residential development, the renovation of 35 Harrison Avenue and subsequent occupation by Elliott + Associates Architects, WeGoLook.com's occupation of the building at 100 N.E 5th St, and the Oklahoma Baptist University International Graduate School at 111 Harrison Avenue. Developer Grant Humphreys (also the developer of Block 42) announced plans to move forward with the renovation of the Flatiron Building at N.E 5th and Harrison with an adjoining five story retail/office/residential complex added to the development. The plans were approved by the Oklahoma City Urban Renewal Authority in 2008. Though the building has yet to see renovation, development plans are still underway.

Calvary Baptist Church (also known as Second Street Baptist Church; Saint Paul Baptist Church) is a historic Baptist church at 2nd and Walnut Streets in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. It was built in 1921 and added to the National Register in 1978. Martin Luther King Junior spoke in this church during the Civil rights movement. In 2012, Dan Davis Law purchased the building for office use and brought it back to its former life with more than $2,000,000 in renovations.

The Elks Victory Lodge–Ruby's Grill Building is a two-story, commercial brick structure in northeast Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Built in 1929 by Dr. Wyatt H. Slaughter, a prominent African-American physician and businessman, the building was a center of African-American life in northeast Oklahoma City. It housed the Victory Lodge of the Improved Benevolent Protective Order of Elks of the World. It later served as a specialty store and restaurant space. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1996.

The Oklahoma Publishing Company Building, also referred to as the Daily Oklahoman Building, is an historic structure on 4th and Broadway in Oklahoma City. It was built for the publishing company behind The Oklahoman. It was designed by Solomon Layton and built in 1909 after the paper's previous building was destroyed by fire. It is listed on the National Register for Historic Places. Layton also designed the Oklahoma State Capitol, governor's mansion, numerous county courthouses, public schools, and other significant structures. It is a five-story building. The Oklahoma Publishing Company has a history in offering financial support in Oklahoma's educational, civic and social infrastructure.

The Red Earth Festival is a Native American cultural festival that takes places every June in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, United States. Red Earth, Inc. is the nonprofit organization that hosts the festival and maintained the Red Earth Art Center, which houses temporary exhibits and a permanent collection of Native American art in downtown Oklahoma City.

The Skirvin Hotel is a 225-room hotel located in downtown Oklahoma City and the city's oldest hotel. Comprising three towers of 14 floors in an Art Deco architectural style, it is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.The property is managed by Marcus Hotels & Resorts under the Hilton brand, and is a member of Historic Hotels of America, the official program of the National Trust for Historic Preservation.

Bricktown is an entertainment district just east of downtown Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, United States. It was formerly a major warehouse district. The major attractions of the district are the Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark, the navigable Bricktown Canal, and the 16-screen Harkins movie theatre.

Curious Organism is a 2009 steel sculpture by Stan Carroll, installed outside a parking garage at Robert S. Kerr and N. Broadway in Oklahoma City, in the U.S. state of Oklahoma. It resembles a bacterium surrounded by cilia, standing on four legs.

The Beacon of Hope is a steel, columnar monument in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. It is located in Stiles Circle Park, near the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, the Oklahoma School of Science and Mathematics, and the Oklahoma Department of Commerce headquarters. The monument is visible from Interstate 235 and downtown Oklahoma City. Stiles Circle Park is maintained by the City of Oklahoma City's Parks and Recreation Department. A shaft of green or white light can project directly up into the sky from the monument. The beam strength is purported to be 1 billion candle power, with the ability to extend up to 5,498 feet; however that claim has been questioned. The light symbolizes the healing nature of the nearby health center.

Strata Tower at Oklahoma Commons is a prominent skyscraper in the central business district of downtown Oklahoma City, in the U.S. state of Oklahoma. The tower has 30 floors and is 393 feet (120 m) tall, making it the sixth-tallest building in Oklahoma City and the eleventh-tallest in the state. It was the headquarters of gas production and exploration company SandRidge Energy Corporation. In January 2010, SandRidge announced a $100 million renovation, designed by Rogers Marvel Architects, for the building and four other buildings to be called SandRidge Commons. In 2012,In September 2020 the State of Oklahoma purchased the building and renamed it to the Oklahoma Commons. In June 2021, it was renamed to Strata Tower at Oklahoma Commons.After the state government departments moved in, government workers criticized the complex for not being accessible to people with a disability. The complaints have focused on parking and other issues.

Flaming Lips Alley is an alleyway in Bricktown, Oklahoma City, in the U.S. state of Oklahoma. The name of the street pays tribute to the band The Flaming Lips. Plans for the tribute were made public in 2006, and the alleyway was dedicated in 2007.

The bust of Robert S. Kerr by Keating Donohoe is installed in Oklahoma City's Robert S. Kerr Park, between Robert S. Kerr Avenue and Couch Drive, in the U.S. state of Oklahoma.
