In 2012,In September 2020 the State of Oklahoma purchased the building and renamed it to the Oklahoma Commons. In June 2021, it was renamed to Strata Tower at Oklahoma Commons.After the state government departments moved in, government workers criticized the complex for not being accessible to people with a disability. The complaints have focused on parking and other issues.

101 Park Avenue is a building in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. It was formerly known as the Skirvin Tower, built in 1932 as a luxury apartment-hotel annex to the Skirvin Hotel.

The Skirvin Hotel is a 225-room hotel located in downtown Oklahoma City and the city's oldest hotel. Comprising three towers of 14 floors in an Art Deco architectural style, it is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.The property is managed by Marcus Hotels & Resorts under the Hilton brand, and is a member of Historic Hotels of America, the official program of the National Trust for Historic Preservation.

The 100 Park Avenue Building, formerly known as the Medical Arts Building, is a high-rise in downtown Oklahoma City. The 100 Park Avenue Building has 12 stories and is 160 feet (49 m) tall. In 2010, the top seven floors were converted into six condos; the penthouse condo occupies the top two floors. It is currently the 8th tallest building in Oklahoma.

The Oklahoma Publishing Company Building, also referred to as the Daily Oklahoman Building, is an historic structure on 4th and Broadway in Oklahoma City. It was built for the publishing company behind The Oklahoman. It was designed by Solomon Layton and built in 1909 after the paper's previous building was destroyed by fire. It is listed on the National Register for Historic Places. Layton also designed the Oklahoma State Capitol, governor's mansion, numerous county courthouses, public schools, and other significant structures. It is a five-story building. The Oklahoma Publishing Company has a history in offering financial support in Oklahoma's educational, civic and social infrastructure.

Previously known as Liberty Tower (the name it had upon completion), Bank One Tower then Chase Tower (BankOne later merging into JP Morgan, Chase), and most recently Cotter Ranch Tower/Cotter Tower, after real estate holdings owner James Cotter of San Antonio, Texas. At 152.4 meters (500 feet), it is the second tallest building in the city and the sixth tallest in the state of Oklahoma.
