Aarhus East (nomination district)
Nomination districts of Denmark
Aarhus East nominating district is one of the 92 nominating districts that exists for Danish elections following the 2007 municipal reform. It is one of the four nomination districts in Aarhus Municipality, the others being Aarhus South, Aarhus West and Aarhus North. It was created in 1970, with its boundaries being slightly changed in 2007. In general elections, the district is a strong area for parties commonly associated with the red bloc. The Danish government places the district's center at 56.265°N 10.303°E / 56.265; 10.303.
