Highway 73 is a highway in the Jezreel Valley in northern Israel. It proceeds from Nahalal junction in the west toward Adashim junction in the east. It is 12 km long.

Migdal HaEmek (Hebrew: מִגְדַּל הָעֶמֶק, lit. Tower of the Valley, also officially spelt Migdal HaEmeq, Arabic: مجدال هعيمق) is a city in the Northern District of Israel. In 2021 it had a population of 26,029. There is a tower to the north-east, above the town.

Al-Mujaydil (Arabic: المْجيدل (also: al-Mujeidil) was an Arab-Palestinian village located 6 km southwest of Nazareth. Al-Mujaydil was one of a few towns that achieved local council status by the Mandatory Palestine government. In 1945, the village had a population of 1,900 and total land area of 18,836 dunams – mostly Arab-owned. The population was partly Christian and the town contained a Roman Catholic church and monastery. After the 1948 depopulation of Palestine, it was destroyed and overbuilt by Migdal HaEmek.

Yafa an-Naseriyye (Arabic: يافة الناصرة, "Jaffa of Nazareth", also Yafa, Kfar Yafia or Yafi Arabic: يافا, يفيع, Hebrew: יָפִיעַ) is an Arab town in the Lower Galilee, Israel. It forms part of the metropolitan area of Nazareth, also an Arab locality. Declared a local council in 1960, it had a population of 19,538 in 2021, approximately 70% of whom were Muslim and 30% Christian.

Migdal Ohr (Hebrew: מגדל אור, lit. Tower of Light) is one of Israel's largest NGO's. The main and additional two residential campuses along with 160 youth clubs provide educational frameworks and social guidance for over 10,000 children and teenagers from underprivileged and dysfunctional homes across Israel every day. Migdal Ohr also runs community social programs, adult education programs, prisoner rehabilitation programs and soup kitchens that prepare 15,000 meals a day.Migdal Ohr has three residential campuses and 160 youth clubs.Migdal Ohr was founded by Israel Prize laureate Rabbi Yitzchak Dovid Grossman in 1972. The school began with 18 students. Since then, over 15,000 youngsters have graduated from the Migdal Ohr, an institution that provides needy and immigrant children with housing, schooling, medical and dental care, clothing, libraries, after school enrichment courses and vocational training.

Mizra (Hebrew: מִזְרָע, lit. Sowing) is a kibbutz in northern Israel. Located between Afula and Nazareth, it falls under the jurisdiction of Jezreel Valley Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 792.

Sarid (Hebrew: שָׂרִיד) is a kibbutz in northern Israel. Located near Migdal HaEmek, it falls under the jurisdiction of Jezreel Valley Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 875.

Yifat (Hebrew: יִפְעַת, more accurately romanized as "Yif'at") is a kibbutz in Galilee, northern Israel. Located adjacent to the town Migdal HaEmek and short distances from the cities of Afula and Nazareth. It falls under the jurisdiction of Jezreel Valley Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 1,212.

Ma'alul (Arabic: معلول) was a village, with a mixed population of primarily Muslims with a substantial minority of Palestinian Christians, that was depopulated and destroyed by Israel during the 1948 Arab-Israeli war. Located six kilometers west of the city of Nazareth, many of its inhabitants became internally displaced refugees, after taking refuge in Nazareth and the neighbouring town of Yafa an-Naseriyye. Despite having never left the territory that came to form part of Israel, the majority of the villagers of Maalul, and other Palestinian villages like Andor and Al-Mujidal, were declared "absentees", allowing the confiscation of their land under the Absentees Property Law.Today, much of the former village's lands are owned by the Jewish National Fund. All that remains of its former structures are two churches, a mosque and a Roman era mausoleum, known locally as Qasr al-Dayr ("Castle of the monastery").

The Catholic Church of Ma'alul (Hebrew: הכנסייה הקתולית) is a Catholic church in the village of Ma'alul in northern Israel.

The Max Stern Yezreel Valley College (Hebrew: המכללה האקדמית עמק יזרעאל ע״ש מקס שטרן) is an academic college located in the Jezreel Valley (Galilee region) of Israel, between the cities Afula and Nazareth, and next to Kfar Gid'on, Tel Adashim and Mizra. Founded in 1965 as Emek Yezreel College, Max Stern College later served as a regional branch of University of Haifa from 1973 to 1994. In 1994 the Israel Council for Higher Education gave accreditation to Max Stern College as an independent academic institution capable of granting bachelor's degrees. The college offers BA degrees to some 5,000 students in a diverse array of fields, including Economics, Behavioral Sciences, Social Sciences, Communication Studies, Human Services, Health Administration, Nursing Studies and General Studies. The college is named after Max Stern, whose son Leonard N. Stern gave a monetary gift in his name when he died.

Kfar Gidon (Hebrew: כְּפַר גִּדְעוֹן, lit. Gideon Village) is a moshav in northern Israel. Located near Afula, it falls under the jurisdiction of Jezreel Valley Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 351.
