Mysiadło [mɨˈɕadwɔ] is a village situated in the administrative district of Gmina Lesznowola, within Piaseczno County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Positioned within the Warsaw metropolitan area, just to the south of Warsaw, it is located approximately 14 km (9 mi) south of the city center. The village is also about 6 kilometres (4 mi) east of Lesznowola and 4 km (2 mi) north of Piaseczno. The population of the village amounts to 3,000.

Józefosław (Polish pronunciation: [juzɛˈfɔswaf]) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Piaseczno, within Piaseczno County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) north of Piaseczno and 13 km (8 mi) south of Warsaw.

LOT Polish Airlines Flight 5055 was a scheduled international passenger flight from Warsaw, Poland to New York City, the United States. In the late-morning hours of 9 May 1987, the Ilyushin Il-62M operating the flight crashed in the Kabaty Woods nature reserve on the outskirts of Warsaw around 56 minutes after departure. All 183 passengers and crew on board were killed in the crash, making it the deadliest accident involving an Ilyushin Il-62, and the deadliest aviation disaster in Polish history.The accident was determined to have been caused by the disintegration of an engine shaft due to faulty bearings. This led to a catastrophic failure of the two left engines and then an onboard fire, both of which eventually destroyed all flight-control systems.

Jeziorki is a municipal neighbourhood in Warsaw, Poland, located within the district of Ursynów. It is encompassed within two areas of the City Information System: Jeziorki Północne (North Jeziorki) and Jeziorki Południowe (South Jeziorki), and is traditionally divided into two parts: Nowe Jeziorki (New Jeziorki), and Jeziorki Polskie (Polish Jeziorki). The neighbourhood is a residencial area of lowrise single-family housing.The village of Jeziorki was founded in the 15th century, via separation from the village of Gramnica, which no longer exists. In 1951, it was incorporated into the city of Warsaw.

Pyry [ˈpɨrɨ] is one of the southernmost neighborhoods of the city of Warsaw. Administratively part of the Ursynów district, it was originally a separate village located along ulica Puławska (Puławy Street), which links Warsaw with the town of Piaseczno. To the east, Pyry borders on the Kabaty Woods. Founded probably in the 14th century as a property of the Służewski family (of the Radwan coat of arms), the village retained much of its rural character until the 1990s, most of its inhabitants being farmers or workers at Warsaw factories. However, since then it has been a reserve of available space for new residential areas, mostly single-family houses for upper-middle-class Varsovians. Before World War II, Pyry was also the seat of the Polish General Staff's Cipher Bureau, the agency that before the war was the only one in the world to break the German Enigma cipher (beginning in December 1932).

It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) north-west of Konstancin-Jeziorna, 6 km (4 mi) north-east of Piaseczno, and 13 km (8 mi) south of Warsaw.

The Silent Unseen Paratroopers of the Home Army Park, also simply known as the Silent Unseen Park is an urban park in Warsaw, Poland. It is located in the neighbourhood of Natolin, within the district of Ursynów, between Perkalowa Street, Belgradzka Strewt, Moczydłowska Street, and Gminna Street. The park was established in 2016.

The Stefan Starzyński Kabaty Woods Nature Reserve (Polish: Rezerwat przyrody Las Kabacki im. Stefana Starzyńskiego) is a woodland park located in southern Warsaw, between two major arteries, Puławska and Łukasz Drewny Streets. Administratively the park belongs to southern Warsaw's Ursynów district. The Kabaty Woods lie on flat ground, except for an east part comprising hills of dune origin. A striking landscape accent is a high escarpment above the glacial valley of the Vistula River, which forms the reserve's eastern border. The Kabaty Woods are a reservoir of fresh air for the surrounding housing developments, as well as a popular place of rest and recreation. The Woods are easily reached via buses and the Warsaw Metro. During the German occupation of Poland (World War II), it was the site of a massacre of 200 Poles, perpetrated by the Germans in December 1939 and January 1940 as part of the genocidal Intelligenzaktion campaign.

Vistula boulevards (Polish: Bulwary wiślane) form a continuous riverside promenade on the left (west) bank of the River Vistula in Warsaw, Poland. The section between Poniatowski Bridge and Śląsko-Dąbrowski Bridge is named after Bohdan Grzymała-Siedlecki, and between the bridges of Śląsko-Dąbrowski and Gdański after Jan Karski.The reconstruction of the boulevards began in 2013. The opening of the boulevards was planned for the July, and then autumn of 2014. Later dates of the opening of the boulevards at Podzamcze was estimated to be April 2015, and the segment to Copernicus Science Centre in mid-2015.The first segment of the Vistulan Boulevards was opened on August 2, 2015.
