Sweat Mountain

WATC-DT (channel 57) is a religious independent television station in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Owned by Carolina Christian Broadcasting, the station maintains studios on Enterprise Drive in Norcross, and its transmitter is located on Sweat Mountain in northeastern Cobb County, near the Cherokee County line. WATC broadcasts programming from various Christian television networks, including World Harvest Television, The Inspiration Network, The Worship Network, Golden Eagle and The Shepherd's Chapel.

Lassiter High School is a public high school located north of Atlanta in Marietta, Georgia, United States, in the Cobb County School District. The school was founded in 1981. The school colors are gold and maroon, and the school mascot is the Trojan.

Alan C. Pope High School is a public high school located north of Atlanta in Marietta, Georgia, within unincorporated Cobb County. The school was founded in 1987 and serves approximately 1,888 students in grades 9–12. The school mascot is the greyhound, and the school colors are Carolina blue, navy blue, and gray.

Mountain Park is a city primarily in the western part of northern Fulton County in the U.S. state of Georgia, with a small portion extending less than 1,000 feet (300 m) into southeastern Cherokee County. As of the 2020 census, the city had a total population of 583. Incorporated in 1927, it is essentially an eclectic neighborhood, and is designated a wildlife refuge. There is no zoning for commercial or business uses, only residential. Law enforcement is provided by the Roswell Police Department on a contract basis.

Cherokee Christian Schools is a private Christian school in Woodstock, Georgia, United States enrolling students from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade. Its primary organization includes the Academy (kindergarten, elementary, and middle) and the High School. The Administration of CCS includes a board of directors, a superintendent, and principals of the elementary, middle school and high school. Until recently, it was a traditional school, in that students attended five days a week and followed a period schedule and calendar similar to local public schools. As of August 2023, the school now follows a block schedule.

The school is located in unincorporated Cobb County with a Marietta address, just northwest of Atlanta. The school was founded in 2002 and serves students in the Cobb County area. It is also an Advanced Placement Certified School.

Noonday (spelled Noon Day on 1860s maps) was an unincorporated community located in far north-central Cobb County, Georgia, United States. It was centered at 34°03'43"N, 84°31'16"W (34.0620437, -84.5213204), along former Georgia highway 5, around the Noonday Baptist Church. This Baptist church is still active today. The community took its name from nearby Noonday Creek. The community of Blackwells was south of Noonday.

Sprayberry High School is a public high school located in northeastern Cobb County in Marietta, Georgia, United States, a north-northwestern suburb of metro Atlanta. It is a comprehensive senior high school (grades 9–12) with approximately 1700 students. It opened in 1952 and moved to its current location at 2525 Sandy Plains Road in 1973. Sprayberry is a microcosm of Cobb County in that it serves students from a variety of ethnic groups, religions, socio-economic levels, and academic abilities Middle schools feeding upcoming students into Sprayberry are McCleskey, Daniell, and Simpson in the Cobb County School District. The school's teams are called the Yellowjackets.

Blessed Trinity Catholic High School, also known as Blessed Trinity or, informally BT, is an Archdiocesan Catholic high school in Roswell, Georgia, United States, a northern suburb of Atlanta. The multi-level curriculum provides Advanced Placement, Honors, Advanced, and Academic classes to fit the needs of each student. The curriculum grew over the first four years to over 130 courses, including 20 Advanced Placement offerings.The fine arts program, which began with study in visual art, dance and vocal music, expanded to include a comprehensive drama program and 65-piece symphonic band. Meet Me in St. Louis was the first musical performed by the Blessed Trinity Theatrical Alliance, staged in April 2004.

Roswell High School (RHS) is a public high school in Roswell, Georgia, United States which opened in 1949. It serves the entire city of Roswell west of Georgia State Route 400 and the city of Mountain Park, as well as small portions of Alpharetta and Milton. With a population of over of 2,221 students in the 2018–19 school year, RHS is one of the largest schools in the Fulton County School System. Roswell High School neighbors both Fellowship Christian School and Blessed Trinity Catholic High School. It is also the second oldest of Fulton County's schools in the northern portion of the county, opening between Milton High School (1921), and Chattahoochee High School (1991). Roswell is currently on its third campus, which opened in 1990. The current building is the oldest in-use high school building in north Fulton.The school offers many extracurricular activities, including 72 clubs, 11 academic teams, and various services clubs. Some other activities meet as elective classes such as musical groups, drama, and art. These classes are supplemented by after-school rehearsals, meetings, and outside concerts. Students may also compete in the school's 42 varsity, junior varsity, and freshman athletic programs.Roswell is a member of the Georgia High School Association (GHSA) and Region 4-AAAAAAA for athletic competition, as of the 2016–2017 academic year. The school's mascot is the Hornet, and the school colors are green, white and black. Roswell offers 16 different sports, comprising 23 varsity level teams. Eight of the Roswell Hornet teams have won state championships, totaling 20 overall. The most championships won by a single team is seven, accomplished by the girls' gymnastics program.
