Linden General Hospital was "a 78-bed private health facility in a rundown part of Brooklyn's East New York section." It was a "two-story brick" building located at 501 New Lots Avenue.

New Lots Reformed Church and Cemetery is a historic Dutch Reformed church and cemetery at 630 New Lots Avenue in East New York, Brooklyn, New York. It was built in 1823–1824 and is a small, rectangular wood-frame building sheathed in clapboard. It has a pitched gable roof and sits on a rough stone foundation. Adjacent to the church is the cemetery divided into two sections. The older section dates to the 17th century and includes burials of Revolutionary War soldiers and slaves. The present cemetery was established in 1841.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.

The Van Siclen Avenue station is a local station on the IND Fulton Street Line of the New York City Subway. Located at the intersection of Van Siclen and Pitkin Avenues in the East New York neighborhood of Brooklyn, it is served by the C train at all times except nights, when the A train takes over service. Construction on the Van Siclen Avenue station started in 1938 as part of a four-station extension of the Fulton Street subway eastward under Pitkin Avenue toward Queens. Work was delayed by funding problems due to World War II, even though the stations were mostly complete. Construction resumed on the extension of the Fulton Street Line in November 1946, and this part of the Fulton Street Line opened in 1948. The extension of the Fulton Street subway replaced the Fulton Street elevated line, which closed afterward.

This station rendered the elevated station obsolete, and it closed on April 26, 1956.

75th Police Precinct Station House is a historic police station located in Brooklyn, New York. It was built in 1886 and is a three-story, yellow brick building above a sandstone foundation and watertable in the Romanesque Revival style. It features a round corner tower and Norman-inspired projecting main entrance portico. The stable is a two-story brick building connected to the station house by a one-story brick passage. It ceased use as a police station in 1973 and later used by a local church.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2007.

It was served by trains of the BMT Fulton Street Line. The station was built on February 22, 1892, and served as the eastern terminus of the Fulton Street elevated line for one month. The next stop to the east was Montauk Avenue. The next stop to the west was Van Siclen Avenue. On November 28, 1948, the Independent Subway System opened the underground Shepherd Avenue Subway station two blocks east after years of war-time construction delays. This station rendered both Linwood station and the nearby Montauk Avenue station obsolete, and it closed on April 26, 1956.
