Eastern Hotel

Eastern Cafe was a coffee shop in Seattle's Chinatown–International District, in the U.S. state of Washington. Owned by I-Miun Liu, the business operated from 2013 to 2023, closing as a result of financial difficulties associated with the COVID-19 pandemic.

Tai Tung is the oldest surviving Chinese restaurant in the International District of Seattle. It was opened in 1935 by an immigrant from Hong Kong. The restaurant is the subject of a 2015 documentary, A Taste of Home, and was a location for the 2020 film The Paper Tigers. The restaurant's cellar is said to be haunted by kuei (ghosts). It is known for being busy on Christmas Day, when most Seattle restaurants are closed.

The Wah Mee massacre (traditional Chinese: 華美大屠殺; simplified Chinese: 华美大屠杀; Jyutping: Wa4mei5 daai6tou4saat3; pinyin: Huáměi dàtúshā) was a multiple homicide that occurred during the night of February 18–19, 1983, in which Kwan Fai "Willie" Mak, Wai Chiu "Tony" Ng, and Keung Kin "Benjamin" Ng (no relation) bound, robbed, and shot fourteen people in the Wah Mee gambling club at the Louisa Hotel in Chinatown-International District, Seattle. Thirteen of their victims died, but Wai Chin, a dealer at the Wah Mee, survived to testify against the three in the separate high-profile trials held in 1983 and 1985. It is the deadliest mass murder in Washington state history.

Hing Hay Park (Chinese: 慶喜公園) is a 0.64-acre (2,600 m2) public park in the Chinatown–International District neighborhood of downtown Seattle, Washington, United States. The park is located on the north side of South King Street between 6th and Maynard avenues, east of Union Station and the Historic Chinatown Gate. It was built in 1973 and includes a pavilion, community games, and two gateways. The park is a noncontributing property within the Seattle Chinatown Historic District described in 1986. Both are within the Seattle Chinatown International District established by City Ordinance 119297 in 1988.

The Chinese Community Bulletin Board (also known as the Chinatown Community Bulletin Board) is installed on the eastern exterior of the Louisa Hotel in Seattle's Chinatown―International District, in the U.S. state of Washington. Located at 511 Seventh Ave. S, the board was installed in the 1960s and designated a Seattle Historic Landmark in 1976. KING-TV has called the fixture "Seattle's original social media board". King County has included the board as a point of interest in a walking tour of the district.

World Pizza is a vegetarian pizzeria in Seattle's Chinatown–International District, in the U.S. state of Washington. Brothers Aaron Crosleycone and Adam Cone opened the original shop in Belltown in the 1990s; the business re-opened in its current location in 2011. World Pizza has garnered a generally positive reception.
