Campo (São Martinho)

Vila Nova do Campo (formerly known as Campo (São Martinho), São Salvador do Campo e Negrelos (São Mamede)) is a civil parish in the municipality of Santo Tirso, Portugal. It was formed in 2013 by the merger of the former parishes Campo (São Martinho), São Salvador do Campo and Negrelos (São Mamede). In 2015 the name of the parish was changed to Vila Nova do Campo. The population in 2011 was 6,809, in an area of 9.60 km².

It is known by its Singeverga Monastery of the Benedictine order, famous for its Singeverga Liqueur, it also has a nuns convent St Scholastica famous for its butter cookies.

Parque de Jogos Comendador Joaquim de Almeida Freitas is a multi-use stadium in Moreira de Cónegos, Braga, Portugal. It is currently used for football matches and is the home stadium of Moreirense.The stadium was constructed in 2002 as a result of two successful back to back promotions by the club. The stadium was constructed to play host to Moreirense's home games in the 2002-03 Primeira Liga season. During the season the club came under great criticism due to its lighting towers as well as its safety conditions around the ground. This led the club to leave the stadium temporarily for a few weeks so that the League association can investigate whether the appropriate facilities and conditions were in place to ensure the safety of the supporters and the players. The stadium was later deemed safe to play in.

Vilarinho is a parish in the municipality of Santo Tirso in Portugal. The population in 2011 was 3,788, in an area of 5.27 km². It is an important industry center located 15 km north east of the city of Santo Tirso near other important textile centers like Vizela and Guimarães.

It is located in the municipality of Santo Tirso, 6 km to the northeast of the municipality seat, the city of Santo Tirso proper, bordering the parish of Lordelo in the municipality of Guimarães. Aves is nowadays, after Santo Tirso itself, the most important town in the municipality of Santo Tirso.

The Citância de Sanfins is an archaeological site of the Castro culture located in the Portuguese civil parish of Sanfins de Ferreira in the municipality of Paços de Ferreira. The construction of the Castro site developed over many phases, between the 5th century BCE and the 2nd century CE. The Castro had a period of Roman occupation that started during the 3rd Century CE, being abandoned during the 4th Century CE. The site also includes a chapel dedicated to Saint Romanus (c. 14th Century) and 34 graves belonging to a Christian cemetery from the Medieval age (c. 13th Century CE). The Castro was first dug in 1895 by Francisco Martins Sarmento e José Leite de Vasconcelos and the last interventions were in 1995, when one of the houses was reconstructed and a warrior statue replica was put near the entrance of the second wall.

Riba de Ave (also known as Riba d'Ave) is a Portuguese town located in the municipality of Vila Nova de Famalicão. The population in 2011 was 3,425, in an area of 2.76 km².The town has existed since before Portugal became a country, although it has never been more than a tiny village in the Ave Valley. It's the only place in the region that has maintained its name since medieval times. The town only started to develop at the end of the 19th century when a textile industrial, Narciso Ferreira, settled there and created one of the first textile factories of the Ave Valley, Sampaio Ferreira. He was very successful and Riba de Ave was, for the better part of the 20th century one of the richest villages of the region. However the successive economic crisis proved fatal for most of the town's industry.
