The Ameris Bank Amphitheatre (formerly Verizon Amphitheatre) is a contemporary amphitheatre, located in the northern Atlanta suburb of Alpharetta, Georgia, United States. The amphitheatre mainly hosts shows by popular music artists, comedians and themed symphony concerts by the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, the latter opened the venue with a performance on May 10, 2008. The venue opened as Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre at Encore Park in 2008. In January 2017, it became known as Verizon Amphitheatre. In December 2018, the venue’s naming rights were purchased by Ameris Bank.

The Lionheart School is a 501(c)3 non-profit independent school for children ages 5 to 21 with autism or other disorders of relating and communicating. The school was established in 2000 and is located in Alpharetta, Georgia, United States. Lionheart was awarded SACS/SAIS (Southern Association of Colleges and Schools/ Southern Association of Independent Schools) Accreditation in 2008. Lionheart is a member of GISA (Georgia Independent Schools Association). Lionheart currently serves 30 students, and is embarking on a capital campaign in order to move to a larger space and enroll more students. The school was featured in an article in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution on August 17, 2008.

Independence High School was an alternative high school in the historic district of Alpharetta, Georgia, United States. It was located on the old Milton High School campus.

Taste of Alpharetta is a festival/event where over 60 restaurants offer a wide range of foods. Established in 1991, it's located in Alpharetta, Georgia and drew over 60,000 people one year. Restaurants typically sell small "tasting" size portions which are typical of the restaurants' offerings from tables and tents. The event also features games, live concerts, culinary competitions, and art exhibits. In 2010, local chefs created over 200,000 dishes which were served at the festival. According to local and regional media, the Taste of Alpharetta is now one of the most popular and well-attended “taste of” festivals in the South. Many desserts appetizers and entrees are offered during the festival. There are moonwalks, many different performing bands, and many places to sit down and eat. It has been celebrated for two decades of delivering good food. The Taste of Alpharetta is held annually on a Thursday during the month of May.

North Point Mall is a shopping mall, located in Alpharetta, Georgia (a suburb of Atlanta). The mall opened on October 20, 1993 as one of the largest shopping malls in the country. The mall was the second final property built by Homart Development Company. As of 2018, North Point Mall is one of Atlanta's most popular malls. The mall's anchor stores are Dillard's, JCPenney, Macy's, and Von Maur.

The Computer Museum of America was established in Roswell, Georgia and opened in July 2019 to coincide with the fiftieth anniversary of the Moon landing. It is the largest technology museum on the East Coast with the opening of Phase I and when completed will be among the largest in the world.The museum was founded by Lonnie Mimms, who originally operated an Apple pop up museum, and includes original technologies including the Cray-1, one of a kind developments, and more, including the contents of the former Bugbook Historical Computer Museum, yet only a fraction of his 300,000 item collection are on display.

Roswell Town Center, formerly Roswell Mall, is a shopping center located in Roswell, Georgia, built in 1974. It is situated at the intersection of Holcomb Bridge Road and Alpharetta Highway. This mall is not to be confused with the bigger, newer North Point Mall in Alpharetta, Georgia. Originally, Roswell Mall was a 400,000 sq ft (37,000 m2), two-level mall and was anchored by Richway and later Uptons (the first store of the now-defunct chain) in 1985, and K-Mart.In April 1994, the mall was purchased by Talisman Cos. LLC and was reformed into an open-air center. By 1997, it was referred to as "Roswell Town Center", and although it was no longer an enclosed mall, it still had two levels. Over the course of three years, the exterior was remodeled while the interior was demolished. Talisman renewed the leases for anchors K-Mart and Target (formerly Richway), while Uptons left. The movie theater, run by Startime Entertainment, was also remodeled. The renovations to the shopping center added 100,000 sq ft (9,300 m2) to the structure. Construction on the $10 million family entertainment complex began in October 1997. The movie theater closed in 2007 due to the late-2000's recession and reopened as a private owned movie theater in 2011. As of 2023 the shopping center includes Big Lots, Floor & Decor, and Tuesday Morning. .

Centered today at the crossroads of Georgia Highways 140 and 372 (also known as "the Silos area"), Crabapple, Georgia, is one of the oldest parts of Fulton County, Georgia. Originally part of Cherokee County, Georgia, (created 1832), Crabapple was part of the land contributed in 1857 to form Milton County, Georgia. The first permanent settlement at Crabapple was made in 1874, with the community taking its name from a crabapple tree near the original town site. As a result of the Great Depression, Milton County was later absorbed into Fulton County in 1932. The historic heart of Crabapple is anchored by an historic brick building at the crossroads of Crabapple Road-Mayfield Road, Birmingham Road-Broadwell Road, and Mid-Broadwell Road. In 2006, a portion of Crabapple was one of several communities incorporated into the new city of Milton. Crabapple is now split between the cities of Milton, Roswell, and Alpharetta. Crabapple hosts an antique fair twice yearly (May and October) called the Old Times at Crabapple Antique Festival.
