Goulds is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States. The area was originally populated as the result of a stop on the Florida East Coast Railroad. The railroad depot was located near the current Southwest 224th Street. The community was named after its operator, Lyman Gould, who cut trees for railroad ties. It is part of the Miami metropolitan area of South Florida. As of the 2020 US census, the population stood at 11,446, up from 10,103 in 2010 US census.

Princeton is a census-designated place (CDP) and unincorporated community in Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States. It is part of the Miami metropolitan area of South Florida. The population was 39,208 at the 2020 census, up from 22,038 at the 2010 census.

Southland Mall, originally known as Cutler Ridge Mall, is a shopping mall in Cutler Bay (formerly Cutler Ridge), Florida. It opened in 1978 as an extension of the Cutler Ridge Shopping Center, which itself was opened in 1960 (shortly after its "grand reopening", Cutler Ridge Mall moniker was subsequently applied to the entire shopping center complex). Subsequent additions extended the mall in the early to mid-1980s.

The population in 1980 was 10,381. The census area split to form Naranja and Princeton CDPs in 1990, when the population recorded were 5,790 and 7,073 respectively.

The Larry and Penny Thompson Memorial Park is the largest park/campground in Miami-Dade County (Florida).The park, adjacent to Zoo Miami, totals 270 acres (of which 60 acres is dedicated to camping). Monkey Jungle is a 30-acre (12 ha) zoological park located in South Miami, Florida. Established in 1933 by Joseph DuMond for the exhibition and study of endangered monkeys in semi-natural habitats after releasing 6 Java Macaques into a subtropical forest, the park is now home to over 300 primates. As the tagline, "Where humans are caged and monkeys run wild!," suggests, the primary experience at Monkey Jungle has guests travel through the park on a caged walkway while different primates roam semi-freely in a natural habitat. Monkey Jungle is one of just a few protected habitats for primates in the United States, and the only one that the public can explore. Guests can embark on trips through a Southeast Asian Wild Monkey Pool & Trail, the Cameroon Gorilla Forest, the Amazonian Rainforest, and visit tropical birds in Wings of Love. Monkey Jungle also provides a home to other animals such as: Lemurs, sloths, turtles, tortoises, and a Rhino iguana. Monkey Jungle is not accredited by the Association of Zoos & Aquariums. The park is currently open only for scheduled tours offered three times a day.

Miami MacArthur South Senior High School is a public high school in Naranja, a census-designated place in Miami-Dade County, Florida. It is a part of Miami-Dade County Public Schools. Miami MacArthur South Senior High School is currently located where the former Naranja Elementary School was. The school is known as "The Mac." Young Men's Academy for Academic and Civic Development (YMAACD) at Miami Douglas MacArthur Senior High School South (MacArthur South), an alternative school, was scheduled to move to the Naranja area for the 2009–2010 school year.
