Chase Tower is a 357 ft-tall (109 m) skyscraper located at 100 East Broad Street in Columbus, Ohio. It was completed in 1964 and has 25 floors. It is the 12th tallest building in Columbus and was the tallest constructed in the 1960s. The building served as the headquarters of Bank One prior to its merger with First Chicago NBD, and was known as the Bank One Tower. The building was designed by the architectural firm Harrison & Abramovitz and it follows the international architectural style. The Columbus Center also employs a curtain wall facade system. In April 2021, Chase consolidated its offices, vacating the three floors it occupied in Chase Tower. The building's Chase bank branch and name are still to remain.

The Law and Finance Building is a historic building in Downtown Columbus, Ohio. The building was built in 1927 for the Ohio State Savings Association, a local bank. It was designed in the Art Moderne style by architects Simons, Brittain & English. For a short time, the building held the offices of its architects, and was the central office of sorority Kappa Kappa Gamma from 1929 to 1952. The building now holds office space, and has a steakhouse on the original banking lobby floor.

The Key Bank Building is a 253 ft (77 m) tall skyscraper on Capitol Square in downtown Columbus, Ohio. It was completed in 1963 and has 20 floors. It is the 25th tallest building in Columbus and has 265,000 sq ft (24,600 m2) of floor space.

The Masonic Temple is a historic building in Downtown Columbus, Ohio. It was constructed as a meeting hall for local area Masonic lodges in 1899, and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1997.The building was first designed in 1898 by Yost & Packard, Kremer & Hart and John M. Freese. It was substantially expanded in 1912-13 under the design of Stribling & Lum, and was renovated further in 1935. By the 1913 renovation, it was considered the largest building used solely for the Masonic order. At a later date it housed a commercial catering venue for weddings and other events.

Continental Center is a 26-story, 348 ft (106 m) skyscraper in Downtown Columbus, Ohio. It is the 14th tallest building in Columbus. It was completed in 1973 and designed by architectural firm Brubaker/Brandt, Inc. The building follows a modernist architectural style and has been known as the Ohio Bell Building and the Ameritech Building. The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2021.

The Athletic Club of Columbus or ACC, is a private social club and athletic club in Columbus, Ohio. Located at 136 East Broad Street, it was founded in 1912.

The Empire Building, also known as the Yuster Building, is a historic building in Downtown Columbus, Ohio. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2017. The eight-story Empire Building has Gothic-inspired commercial architecture. Its main tenant is also the building owner, Continental Real Estate. The Credit Union of Ohio operates on its ground floor.The building was originally known as the Yuster Building for owner Maurice Yuster. It was designed by noted Columbus architect Frank Packard, who died about half a year before its completion in 1924.

Trinity Episcopal Church is a historic church on Capitol Square in Downtown Columbus, Ohio. It was built in 1866 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1976. The church features "The Church in the World", a stained glass window featuring Columbus landmarks and installed in 1965. Items depicted include a former Columbus flag, Ohio Stadium, the Ohio Statehouse, the LeVeque Tower, John Glenn Columbus International Airport, the Main Library and the statue of Christopher Columbus formerly at City Hall.

Skylab Gallery is an independently run gallery and performance space in downtown Columbus, Ohio. It has been active since at least the year 2000, serving as a significant exhibition space for the independent art community in Columbus. The Space Station Skylab has most notably been a significant venue for the contemporary underground experimental music and noise rock scene, hosting local, national, and international performers. The other floors of the building have been consistently occupied by artists as well.

PNC Bank Building is a 317-foot-tall (97 m) skyscraper on Capitol Square in Downtown Columbus, Ohio. It was completed in 1977 and has 24 floors. It is the 15th tallest building in Columbus. The building was designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and follows a modernist architectural style.
