Shimbashi Station (新橋駅, Shinbashi-eki) is a major interchange railway station in Tokyo's Minato Ward, located centrally and a 10-minute walk from the Ginza shopping district, directly south of Tokyo station.

L'Osier is a Michelin Guide 3-star classic French cuisine restaurant in Chuo-ku, Tokyo. It is located on the second floor of its own two-story building in Ginza. It was opened in 1973 by Shiseido Parlor, which is operated by Shiseido. The chef de cuisine is Olivier. The restaurant first received its three Michelin stars under chef Bruno Menard.

The Mizuho Bank Uchisaiwaichō Head Office Building (みずほ銀行内幸町本部ビル, Mizuho Ginkō Uchisaiwaichō Honbu Biru) is a 143 m (469 ft) tall office skyscraper in Tokyo, Japan. At 38 stories the building is the 86th tallest building in Tokyo. It contains 1.4 million sq ft (134,974 m²) of office space, 100% of which is now occupied by Mizuho Bank, the consumer banking arm of the second-largest Japanese financial conglomerate Mizuho Financial Group, while still called the DKB Head Office from time to time. The building was built in Chiyoda at 1 Uchisaiwaichō in 1981, when it was called the Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank Head Office Building. It was designed by architects Yoshinobu Ashihara & Partners and developed by Shimizu Corporation, one of the “big five” real estate developers in Japan. Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank (“DKB”) combined with Fuji Bank and the Industrial Bank of Japan in 2000 to form Mizuho Financial Group.

Karasumori Shrine (烏森神社, Karasumori Jinja) is a Shinto shrine located in Minato, Tokyo. It enshrines Ukanomitama (Inari Ōkami), Ame-no-Uzume and Ninigi-no-Mikoto.

Uchisaiwaicho Station (内幸町駅, Uchisaiwaichō-eki) is a railway station on the Toei Mita Line in Uchisaiwaichō, Chiyoda, Tokyo, Japan. Its station number is I-07.

The Rokumeikan (鹿鳴館, "Banqueting House") was a large two-story building in Tokyo, completed in 1883, which became a controversial symbol of Westernisation in the Meiji period. Commissioned for the housing of foreign guests by the Foreign Minister Inoue Kaoru, it was designed by British architect Josiah Conder, a prominent Western adviser working in Japan. Although the Rokumeikan's heyday was brief, it became famous for its parties and balls, which introduced many high-ranking Japanese to Western manners for the first time, and it is still a fixture in the cultural memory of Japan. It was, however, largely used for the accommodation of guests of the government, and for meetings between Japanese who had already lived abroad. Its reputation as a center of dissipation is largely exaggerated.

The International Nuclear Energy Development of Japan Co., Ltd (JINED) (国際原子力開発株式会社, Kokusai Genshiryoku Kaihatsu Kabushiki-gaisha), headquartered in Tokyo, is a consortium of thirteen Japanese companies, with the prime purpose of "proposal and research activities for nuclear power plant project orders in emerging countries". The thirteen-member consortium was established on 22 October 2010, and its members consist of nine Japanese power companies (Tokyo Electric Power Co, Kansai, Chubu, Hokkaido, Tohoku, Hokuriku, Chugoku, Shikoku, and Kyushu), and three Japanese nuclear power-related manufacturers (Toshiba, Hitachi, and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries). The thirteenth member is a joint venture between the Japanese government and industry, Innovation Network of Japan (INCJ).

Shiodome Freight Terminal (汐留駅, Shiodome-eki) was a freight terminal of the Japanese National Railways (JNR) in Minato, Tokyo, Japan. The freight terminal was built on the site of the original Shimbashi Station (新橋駅, Shinbashi-eki) which served as the first railway terminal of Tokyo between 1872 and 1914.

The Imperial Hotel (帝国ホテル, teikoku hoteru) is a hotel in Uchisaiwaicho, Chiyoda ward, Tokyo. It was created in the late 1880s at the request of the Japanese aristocracy to cater to the increasing number of Western visitors to Japan. The hotel site is located just south of the Imperial Palace grounds, next to the previous location of the Palace moat. The modern hotel overlooks the Palace, the 40-acre (16 ha) Western-style Hibiya Park, and the Yurakucho and Ginza neighborhoods.Three main buildings have stood on the hotel site, each of which embodied the finest Western design of its era. Shiodome City Center (汐留シティセンター, Shiodome Shiti Sentā) is a skyscraper in the Shiodome area of Minato, Tokyo, Japan managed by Mitsui Fudosan and Alderney Investments Pte Ltd., a subsidiary of the Singaporean sovereign wealth fund GIC Private Limited. Fujitsu's worldwide headquarters are in Shiodome City Center. The airline All Nippon Airways maintains its headquarters and a ticketing office at the building. The subsidiaries Air Nippon, ANA & JP Express, and All Nippon Airways Trading are headquartered in the building. Air Japan, an ANA subsidiary, has some offices in Shiodome City Center. Mitsui Chemicals has its headquarters in Shiodome City Center. Vanilla Air, when it was known as AirAsia Japan, was headquartered here.The building which opened in 2003, has a 1200% floor area ratio.

The Nittele Tower (日テレタワー, Nittere tawaa) is a structural expressionist office building located in Minato, Tokyo, Japan. It houses the headquarters of Nippon Television. The 32-storey building has a height of 192 metres. Construction was finished in 2003. As a part of the design and aesthetics of the exterior, the building has 2 large sculpture pieces attached one either side. Majority of people would assume it was decorative but in fact it was designed by Richard Rogers Partnership to assist the building from wind loads and during earthquakes. “Nittele Tower has four different types of damping devices installed, 2 TMD’s for habitability under wind induced vibrations, 32 oil dampers for wind induced vibrations and weak/ medium class earthquakes, 64 unbonded bracing dampers and 312 link beam dampers for extremely strong earthquakes.” (Advanced structural wind engineering, 2013, Springer, Tokyo ; Heidelberg.)

JOAX-DTV, virtual channel 4 (UHF digital channel 25), branded as Nippon TV, is the flagship station of the Nippon Television Network System, owned-and-operated by the Nippon Television Network Corporation which is a subsidiary of the certified broadcasting holding company Nippon Television Holdings, Inc., itself a listed subsidiary of The Yomiuri Shimbun Holdings, Japan's largest media conglomerate by revenue and the second largest behind Sony. Nippon Television Holdings forms part of Yomiuri's main television broadcasting arm alongside Kansai region flagship Yomiuri Telecasting Corporation, which owns a 6.4% share in the company.Nippon TV's studios are located in the Shiodome area of Minato, Tokyo, Japan and its transmitters are located in the Tokyo Skytree. Broadcasting terrestrially across Japan, the network is sometimes contracted to Nittere (日テレ), and abbreviated as "NTV" or "AX". It is also the first commercial TV station in Japan, and it has been broadcasting on Channel 4 since its inception. Nippon Television is the home of the syndication networks NNN (for news programs) and NNS (for non-news programs). Except for Okinawa Prefecture, these two networks cover the whole of Japan.
