The Roome–Stearns House is a historic building in Portland, Oregon, United States. It is the best and most unaltered remaining example of a modest, cottage-scale Queen Anne house in the Irvington neighborhood, exhibiting elegant Eastlake details on the interior. It was built in 1893 by the Portland Cottage Building Association, a short-lived company that developed several cottage-type homes in the area, leaving its imprint on west Irvington.The house was entered on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992.

The John E. G. Povey House in northeast Portland, Oregon, is a Queen Anne-style house that was built in 1891. The house is asymmetrical and is about 28 feet (8.5 m) wide by 46 feet (14 m) deep. It was home of glass-maker John E. G. Povey (1867–1917).It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1998. It was deemed significant for its association with John E. G. Povey and the Povey Brothers Art & Stained Glass Works company, and also for its architecture "containing high artistic merit both in the craftsmanship of the structure and the stained glass designs in many of the windows."The Povey Brothers Art Glass Works firm was founded by John E. and brother David L. Povey in Portland in 1888; it was the leading art-glass maker in the area from about 1890 to about 1920.John E. G. Povey died in the house in 1917, at age 49.

A late example of Queen Anne architecture, the house is one of the few remaining grand residences in the area of Portland platted as the Holladay Addition. The house is now part of the Irvington neighborhood.

The Seufert House, also known as the Mautz–Seufert House, is a historic residence in Portland, Oregon, United States. From 1914 to 1929, it was the Portland home of fishing and canning businessman Francis A. Seufert (1853–1929), who was an innovative leader in the upper Columbia River salmon industry at The Dalles. He pioneered use of the fish wheel to harvest fish, as well as the shipment of fresh, iced salmon to eastern markets. The house, built in 1913 in the Colonial Revival style, was the product of the Mautz Building and Investment Company, which built over fifty homes in the exclusive Irvington neighborhood. It was briefly occupied by Edmund J. Mautz prior to its sale to Francis Seufert.The house was entered on the National Register of Historic Places in 2006.

The F. E. Bowman Apartments is a historic apartment building located in the Irvington neighborhood of Portland, Oregon, United States. Constructed in 1913, it is one of the oldest apartment buildings in Irvington, and the best preserved from its era. Through its Craftsman styling, builder Frederic E. Bowman gave attention to blending the building into the neighborhood of pre-existing single-family homes. It is one of several apartment buildings of similar scale and/or style that Bowman added to Portland's urban landscape through his career.The building was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.
