The Church of Santa Maria e San Donato is a religious edifice located in Murano, northern Italy. It is known for its twelfth century Byzantine mosaic pavement and is said to contain the relics of Saint Donatus of Euroea as well as large bones behind the altar said to be the bones of a dragon slain by the saint.

Palazzo da Mula is a building in Murano, Italy. It is not to be confused with the Palazzo da Mula Morosini, which is on the Grand Canal and was painted by Claude Monet during his trip to Venice in 1908.

Santa Maria degli Angeli is a church in Murano, an island in the Venetian Lagoon, northern Italy.

Mazzorbo is one of various islands in the northern part of the Lagoon of Venice. Like the other islands in this part of the lagoon, it was the site one of the earliest settlements in the lagoon which predated the development of Venice. However, these islands then declined and were eventually abandoned. In the 1980s the architect Giancarlo De Carlo built a brightly coloured residential neighbourhood to help to repopulate Mazzorbo. In 2019 its population was 256. It is linked to Burano by a wooden bridge. It was once an important trading centre but is now known for its vineyards and orchards. Its main attraction is the fourteenth century church of Santa Caterina.

Sant'Andrea is a small island in the Venetian Lagoon, northern Italy. It houses the Forte di Sant'Andrea, a large fortress built in the 16th century to defend Venice. Sant'Andrea constitutes a prolongation of the island of Vignole, from which it is separated by a narrow channel, towards the Porto di Lido-San Nicolò on the Lido, between Venice's Island and the island of Sant'Erasmo.

Sant'Erasmo is an island in the Venetian Lagoon lying north-east of the Lido island and east of Venice, Italy.

La Certosa (Italian: Isola della Certosa) is an island in the Venetian Lagoon, northern Italy. It is located north-east of Venice, fewer than 250 metres (820 feet) from San Pietro di Castello and little more than 500 metres (1,640 feet) from the Venice Lido. A 20-metre-wide (66 ft) channel separates it from the Vignole island. La Certosa has a surface of some 22 hectares (54 acres).
