The Northern Brewery is a former industrial building located at 1327 Jones Drive in Ann Arbor, Michigan. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979.

The Anson Brown Building is the oldest extant commercial building in Ann Arbor, Michigan. It was erected in 1832 by developer Anson Brown in the Lower Town area at 1001 Broadway St. as a general store. It is located at the intersection of Swift and Broadway streets and abuts against the Edward L. Fuller building.The building design was influenced by Dutch architecture with parapet end walls. It was owned for over 60 years by the Colvin family until it was purchased from them in 1989. Since 1968 the building has housed the St. Vincent De Paul Thrift Store. Two historical markers on the front of the building commemorate the Underground Railroad and Dr. Daniel B. Kellog, the "clairvoyant physician."

Ann Arbor station is a train station in Ann Arbor, Michigan, United States that is served daily by Amtrak's (the national railroad passenger system) Wolverine, which runs three times daily between Chicago, Illinois and Pontiac, Michigan, via Detroit.

The Ann Arbor station is a former Michigan Central Railroad station located at 401 Depot Street in Ann Arbor, Michigan. It was converted into a restaurant, the Gandy Dancer, in 1970, and listed on the National Register of Historic Places as Michigan Central Railroad Depot in 1975.

The Argo Dam is a decommissioned hydroelectric barrage dam crossing the Huron River. It is located in the city of Ann Arbor in Washtenaw County in the U.S. state of Michigan. It was built by the Detroit Edison Company in 1920 for hydroelectricity before being decommissioned in 1959 and sold to the city of Ann Arbor in 1963. The surrounding area is used for recreational purposes, including Argo Nature Area and Bandemer Park.

The University of Michigan School of Nursing is the nursing school of the University of Michigan, and is located in the Old Fourth Ward neighborhood of Ann Arbor, Michigan. First opened as the University of Michigan Training School for Nurses in 1891, the school offered a two-year curriculum. The first nursing degree program for nursing students was inaugurated in 1919. In 1975, the School of Nursing became one of the first nursing school in the United States to offer a research-based Doctorate of Philosophy in nursing.

St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church is a parish of the Roman Catholic Church located in Ann Arbor, Michigan at 530-540 Elizabeth Street. Its historic parish church is listed as a Michigan State Historic Site.

The Kresge Hearing Research Institute is an institute of Otolaryngology of the Department of Otolaryngology in the University of Michigan. The research institute was officially opened in 1963 to investigate the human hearing and causes of deafness. In 2005, the discovery of being able to regrow cochlea hair nerves in guinea pigs at KHRI made international news.

In Ann Arbor, Michigan, Stefan T. Vail Cooperative House (or Vail House) is a housing cooperative for college students at the University of Michigan, Washtenaw Community College, and Eastern Michigan University. A member of the Inter-Cooperative Council (ICC) in Ann Arbor, Vail house is named after Stefan Valavanis, a former ICC President who became a notable economist. It is one of only two known adobe buildings in Ann Arbor.

Michigan Coöperative House was founded in 1932 as Michigan Socialist House. It was located at 335 E. Ann Street in Ann Arbor, Michigan, near the University of Michigan campus, and now is located at 315 N. State Street. It is one of the co-op houses making up the Inter-Cooperative Council. In 2016 Michigan Cooperative House and the neighboring Minnies Cooperative House voted to combine the two coops and become one functioning, democratically run cooperative.

The A. Alfred Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning, also known as Taubman College, is the school of urban planning and one of the nineteen schools of the University of Michigan located in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Taubman College offers the following degrees: Bachelor of Science in Architecture, Master of Architecture (ranked #1 in 2010 by DesignIntelligence), Master of Science in Architecture, Master of Urban Planning, Master of Urban Design, and PhD programs. Formerly known as the College of Architecture and Urban Planning, the college was named after real estate developer, philanthropist and convicted felon A. Alfred Taubman when he donated $30 million to the college in May 1999. The gift was one of the largest in the history of the University of Michigan and the largest ever to a school of architecture.

Escher Cooperative House, named after artist M. C. Escher, is one of the Inter-Cooperative Council at the University of Michigan's (ICC) 16 student housing cooperatives. It is located at 1500 to 1520 Gilbert Court in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The only North Campus-located cooperative, it is the ICC's largest community with over 150 spaces of residents and 9 separately themed "suites." It is also the only building in Ann Arbor built specifically for cooperative housing.
