Mont-Noble (French pronunciation: [mɔ̃ nɔbl]) is a municipality in the district of Hérens in the canton of Valais in Switzerland. It was created on 1 January 2011 through the merger of the municipalities of Mase, Vernamiège and Nax.

Les Agettes is a former municipality in the district of Hérens in the canton of Valais in Switzerland. The municipality of Les Agettes merged on 1 January 2017 into Sion.

The Stade de Tourbillon is a multi-purpose stadium in Sion, Switzerland. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home stadium of FC Sion. The stadium holds 16,000 people and was built in 1968 and renovated in 1989. At the time of the renovation, its capacity was 19,600. Salins (French pronunciation: [salɛ̃] ) is a former municipality in the district of Sion in the canton of Valais in Switzerland. On 1 January 2013 the former municipality of Salins merged into the municipality of Sion.

Hérémence is a municipality in the district of Hérens in the canton of Valais in Switzerland.

Les Masses is a small ski resort town in Val d'Herens. Les Masses is part of the municipality of Hérémence, Valais, Switzerland. It is in the Four Valleys ski area, in the easternmost part, at 1500 metres altitude. Les Masses was formerly an area with a few barns and shooting sheds. It is still a very quiet place. The houses are nearly all wooden chalets, with only a few apartment buildings no higher than three or four floors. Located in the centre of Les Masses is Restaurant Le Bois Sauvage, a modernised restaurant serving modern Swiss and International cuisine, and a little grocery shop. 300 metres from the centre is a new high speed 4 person chairlift Les Masses Express with underground parking for 206 cars, a ticket office, rental agency and bar Le Sapin Bleu which serves light food and drinks during the winter season. There are 2 tennis courts close to the parking garage. Les Masses is part of the "Four Valleys" ski area, which includes the ski resorts of Verbier, Nendaz, Veysonnaz, La Tzoumaz, and Thyon with a total of 410 km marked runs. The ski area is divided into four sectors: Verbier, Nendaz, Veysonnaz, Thyon. Les Masses forms the most eastern village of the 4 Valleys ski area, close to Thyon. A common ski pass allows to tour all the way from Verbier to La Tzoumaz, Nendaz, Veysonnaz, to Les Masses and back. A Printze ski pass allows to tour to Siviez and Nendaz.

Saint-Nicolas Church is a Catholic church in Hérémence, Switzerland, known for its brutalist modern architecture. It was designed by Walter Maria Förderer (March 21, 1928–June 29, 2006).

Nax is a former municipality in the district of Hérens in the canton of Valais in Switzerland. On 1 January 2011, the former municipalities of Vernamiège, Nax and Mase merged in the new municipality of Mont-Noble.

Sion (French: [sjɔ̃] ) is a Swiss town, a municipality, and the capital of the canton of Valais and of the district of Sion. As of December 2020 it had a population of 34,978 (known as Sédunois(es)).On 17 January 1968, the former municipality of Bramois merged into the municipality of Sion. On 1 January 2013, the former municipality of Salins merged into the municipality of Sion, and on 1 January 2017, Les Agettes did the same. Landmarks in Sion include the Basilique de Valère and the Château de Tourbillon. Sion has an airfield for civilian and military use, which serves as a base for air rescue missions.

Saint-Léonard is a municipality in the district of Sierre in the canton of Valais in Switzerland. The Saint-Léonard underground lake situated there is a tourist attraction.
