The Hazadiah Smith House is a historic First Period house in Beverly, Massachusetts. The 2.5-story wood-frame house was built c. 1686, probably by Hazadiah Smith, whose profession is frequently listed in contemporary records as a builder or housewright. It is possible that he was responsible for a number of surviving First Period houses that survive in Beverly. This particular house, which he is believed to have lived in, was built with a two cell center chimney plan, and then extended to the rear at a later date, replacing the roof and leaving the chimney protruding from the front roof slope.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.

It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.

The Beverly Powder House is a historic military storage magazine on Powder House Lane in Beverly, Massachusetts. Built in 1809, this small brick building housed the community's military supplies during the War of 1812, and is one of a few such structures to survive in the state. It is the town's only surviving Federal-period municipal structure. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2019.

The Larcom Theatre is a 600-seat auditorium located at 13 Wallis Street in Beverly, Massachusetts and offers live music, theatrical productions, ballet, and comedy. From 1985 through 2012 the Larcom Theatre housed the two-hour Le Grand David production, An Anthology of Stage Magic. Harris and Glover Ware, two brothers and former vaudeville musicians from Marblehead, Massachusetts built the Larcom in 1912 and named it for the Beverly-born poet Lucy Larcom. In 1984, the Le Grand David Spectacular Magic Company bought the Larcom and launched a restoration project that dwarfed their previous Cabot Street Cinema Theatre restoration. The Larcom Theatre was purchased in 1984 and received a balcony-to-boiler-room renovation. In October 1985 the Le Grand David troupe premiered a second resident production of conjuring, music, comedy and dance "in the style and tradition of the turn of the 19th century."In 1995, the Le Grand David Company opened an expanded wing adjoining the original Larcom structure at 9 Wallis Street. The new wing included: the Grand Salon lobby (appointed in oak, marble, and brass), a full kitchen, rehearsal place, three galleries of Le Grand David apparatus and poster artwork, a library, a meeting room, a guest suite, and a caretaker's apartment. Le Grand David Magic show ended in May 2012 after founder, Cesareo Pelaez, died in March of that year.

The Hospital Point Range Rear Light is part of a pair of range lights in Beverly, Massachusetts. It is located in the steeple of the First Baptist Church of Beverly.

The Odd Fellows' Hall in Beverly, Massachusetts occupies a prominent location on Cabot Street opposite city hall in Beverly Center. It is a 3+1⁄2-story High Gothic Revival building constructed in 1893 to a design by local architect J. Foster Ober. Its exterior is clad in brick with trim of granite and brownstone. Its roof is a cross gable style, steep roof with polychrome bands of slate tiles. The central portion of the roof is a deck surrounded by a wrought iron railing and is topped by a cupola and weathervane. One of its notable tenants was President William Howard Taft, who had offices in the building during summer residencies in Beverly.The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978, and included in the Beverly Center Business District in 1984.

The Beverly Center Business District encompasses much of the historic 19th century commercial heart of Beverly, Massachusetts. Centered on Cabot and Church Streets between Central Street and the Beverly Common, its architecture reflects the city's growth over 150 years. The district was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.

The United States Post Office—Beverly Main is a historic post office in Beverly, Massachusetts. Built in 1910, it is a prominent local example of Colonial and Classical Revival architecture, and a significant work late in the career of architect James Knox Taylor. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986, and continues to serve as Beverly's main post office.

The John Balch House, located at 448 Cabot Street, Beverly, Massachusetts, is one of the oldest wood-frame houses in the United States. It is now operated as one of the historic house museums of Historic Beverly, and open seasonally.

Beverly Depot is an MBTA Commuter Rail station in Beverly, Massachusetts. Located in Downtown Beverly, it serves the Newburyport/Rockport Line. It is the junction of the line's two branches to Newburyport and Rockport and is served by every train on both branches. The Eastern Railroad was extended through Beverly to Ipswich in 1839. The 1839 station was replaced in 1855; that station was in turn replaced by one designed by Bradford Lee Gilbert in 1897. The station was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979, and is a contributing property of the Beverly Depot-Odell Park Historic District which was added in 2014. A 500-space parking garage at Beverly opened on August 2, 2014.
