Victoria Square is a residential skyscraper complex and wider town centre redevelopment project in Woking, Surrey. Upon topping out in September 2019, Tower 1 of the complex became the tallest building in Woking, overtaking Export House. Construction commenced in June 2017 and, following delays related to the COVID-19 pandemic, is due to be completed in August 2022. The total construction cost of the project was £700 million.Victoria Square was constructed on the site of a seven-storey office building known as Circle 7, on a site bounded by Victoria Way to the west, the railway line leading to Woking railway station to the south, and Woking town centre to the east and north. Three towers were constructed as part of the development. The tallest two skyscrapers, Tower 1 and Tower 2, are both residential in nature and consist of 34 and 32 storeys, rising to a height of 117 m (384 ft) and 105 m (344 ft) respectively. The third building, Tower 3, contains a Hilton Hotel rising to 23 storeys and a height of 94 m (308 ft). The two buildings taller than 100 m (330 ft) make Woking the smallest settlement in the United Kingdom to have a skyscraper.Additional construction as part of the Victoria Square development included a plant-covered multistorey car park containing the tallest spiral ramps in the United Kingdom, a ground-level shopping centre extension named Victoria Place (formerly The Peacocks) linked to the nearby High Street, a flagship Marks & Spencer food hall in the ground floor of Tower 1, new bus stops at the western end of the High Street Link Road, and public spaces including a square.During Storm Aurore on 20 October 2021, three cladding panels from the under construction Hilton Hotel blew away from the façade of the building and fell to the street; there were no injuries. Victoria Way was closed as a precaution until February 2022 while more than 2,000 cladding panels on the hotel received additional reinforcement, further delaying construction of Victoria Square.

Kingfield Stadium, currently known as The Laithwaite Community Stadium for sponsorship reasons, is the home of Woking F.C. in the Kingfield area of Woking, Surrey which has a capacity of approximately 6,000, of which, 2,500 are seated on grandstands.

Woking Park is a large park and leisure complex in Woking, Surrey, operated and maintained by Woking Borough Council. The park is in the Hoe Valley and will be affected by the Hoe Valley Scheme.

Export House in Woking, Surrey, is a tall office building formerly also known as the BAT Building during its tenancy by British American Tobacco. It was the tallest in Woking and among the five tallest buildings in Surrey until the construction of Victoria Square in September 2019. Its height is 73 metres (240 ft) spread over its 18 floors (15 above ground).

Victoria Place (formerly known as The Peacocks) is a multi-storey shopping and leisure centre in Woking, Surrey, England construction of which completed in 1992 providing approximately 90 consumer service/retail units; nine varieties of daytime restaurants, fast food shops and cafés and a link to the area's largest theatre and cinema with entrances outside and within the centre itself. A further extension was constructed in the late 2010s as part of the adjacent Victoria Square project.

Westfield Football Club is a semi-professional football club based in the Westfield area of Woking, England. The club is affiliated to the Surrey County Football Association. They are currently members of the Isthmian League South Central Division.

The church of St Mary-the-Virgin in Horsell is an Anglican church in the Diocese of Guildford. It is located about one mile away from Woking town centre. The current Vicar is Dmitry Lutsenko. The church is a Grade II* listed building.

The Rhoda McGaw Theatre is part of the entertainment complex adjacent to the Peacock Centre in Woking, Surrey. The theatre seats 228 in 9 rows of raked seating and has been reported to have excellent acoustics. The stage is flat, 58’ wide from wall to wall, with a 36’ curtain opening. From the main tabs it is 19’ back to the cyclorama and 8’ forward to the front of the stage. The theatre has also been used by the Woking Drama Association ("WDA") to host the Woking Drama Festival and the British All Winners Festival on those occasions when it has been invited to do so by the National Drama Festivals Association. The venue has a unique relationship with the local council, whereby Woking Council owns and subsidises the theatre, with all the administration, staffing and technical facilities run by the Ambassador Theatre Group.

The New Victoria Theatre in Woking, England opened in June 1992. The main theatre seats approximately 1,300 people, making it one of the largest receiving house theatres outside London. In addition to the main theatre the complex also contains the smaller Rhoda McGaw Theatre and a six-screen cinema. The theatre has presented dramas from groups such as the Royal Shakespeare Company, Royal National Theatre and the Peter Hall Company; regular visitors also include Glyndebourne on Tour, Scottish Ballet and Northern Ballet Theatre. Large-scale musicals have included the award-winning Carmen Jones, Chicago, Cats and Miss Saigon, whilst the comedies, rock & roll musicals, children's shows and a Christmas pantomime are regular features in the theatre's programme. The theatre is split into three levels: Stalls, Royal Circle and Upper Circle, with the Royal Circle and Stalls having disabled seating available. The first three rows of the stalls (AA, BB and CC) are removed if space is needed for an orchestra pit.
