Easwari Engineering College (EEC), is an engineering college located in Ramapuram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, located right next to SRM University and SRM Dental College is a member of the Sri Ramaswamy Memorial (SRM) Group of Educational Institutions for higher learning. The college was instituted in 1996 and is affiliated with Anna University since 2002, now autonomous (since 2019).

The Madras International Circuit (MIC, previously known as Madras Motor Race Track and Irungattukottai Race Track) is a permanent motor racing circuit located in Irungattukottai, Chennai, India. It was built in the late 1980s and was inaugurated in 1990. It was the first permanent racing circuit in India and is owned by the Madras Motor Sports Club. In July 2022, the track was renamed as Madras International Circuit.

Adi Kesava Temple (also called Ramanujar Temple) is dedicated to Hindu god Vishnu located in Sriperumbudur, Kanchipuram district, in the South Indian state of Tamil Nadu. Constructed in the Dravidian style of architecture, Vishnu, who is worshipped as Adi Kesava, and his consort Lakshmi as Ethiraja Nadhavalli. The temple is believed to be the birthplace of Ramanuja, the exponent of Vishishtadvaita philosophy. The gold plated shrine in front of the hall of Ramanuja was built by the Maharaja of Mysore. It is considered one among the 108 Abhimana Kshethram of Vaishnavate tradition. The temple is open from 6:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 8 p.m and has six daily rituals at various times of the day. Various festivals are celebrated in the temple, with the Chitirai Brahmotsavam, Masi Pooram festival during February - March and Panguni Uthiram festival during March - April being the most prominent. The temple is maintained and administered by the Hindu Religious and Endowment Board of the Government of Tamil Nadu.

Irungattukottai is a fast emerging neighbourhood of Chennai, strategically on the Chennai-Bangalore Highway (NH4). It is approximately 34 km from downtown Chennai. Irungatttukottai is part of the Kancheepuram District. It is Western part of the suburbs of the Chennai Metropolitan Area. Over the last decade, Irungattukottai has seen significant investments by large manufacturing industries and the Tamil Nadu Government. The State Industries Promotions Corporation of Tamil Nadu (SIPCOT) has set up a large industrial complex aimed primarily at the manufacturing industry as well as a special economic zone (SEZ) for the footwear industry. Irungattukottai is the location of Hyundai Motors large manufacturing facility. The plant forms a critical part of Hyundai's global export hub. It currently exports to around 85 countries across Africa, Middle East, Latin America, Australia, and Asia Pacific. India's first private air freight station is getting ready to be operational at Irungattukottai and the soft launch of the project took place on 17 July 2015.

Sriperumbudur, also known as Thiruperumbudur, is a town located in Kanchipuram district of the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. Located 40 kilometers southwest of the capital city of Chennai on the National Highway 4, it falls under the Chennai Metropolitan Area. Since 2000, Sriperumbudur has seen rapid industrialisation. It is known for being the birthplace of Sri Ramanuja, one of the most prominent Hindu Vaishnava saints. The former Indian Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi was assassinated here in 1991.

The assassination of Rajiv Gandhi, former prime minister of India, occurred as a result of a suicide bombing in Sriperumbudur in Tamil Nadu, India on 21 May 1991. At least 14 others, in addition to Rajiv Gandhi and the assassin, were killed. It was carried out by 22-year-old Kalaivani Rajaratnam (popularly known by her assumed names Thenmozhi Rajaratnam and Dhanu), a member of the banned Sri Lankan Tamil separatist rebel organization Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE). At the time, India had just ended its involvement, through the Indian Peace Keeping Force, in the Sri Lankan Civil War. Subsequent accusations of conspiracy have been addressed by two commissions of inquiry and have brought down at least one national government, the government of Inder Kumar Gujral.

Rajiv Gandhi Memorial is a memorial to the former Indian prime minister Rajiv Gandhi in Chennai, India. The memorial is located at Sriperumpudur at the site where he was assassinated on 21 May 1991. It was opened on 10 October 2003 by then President of India APJ Abdul Kalam.

Rajalakshmi School of Architecture is an architecture college in Thandalam, near Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. The college was established in 2010 by the Rajalakshmi Educational Trust, Rajalakshmi Institutions and has been approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. It is an affiliate of Anna University, South India with the intake of 80 students. The college is located near Hyundai Motors and SIPCOT.

It is in the National Highway 4 (NH-4) or State Highway 84 (SH-84) at Sira Bypass. It is the village near the Chembarambakkam lake. The village is the birthplace of Tamil Thendral Thiru. V. Dash N Splash was a water theme park located in Chennai, India. It was opened in 1995 and was the first exclusive water park in Chennai and South India. The idea of opening the water park was to get rid of the heat, sweat and dust of the city. The motto of the water park was "Refresh Yourself". Indian actor Suriya inaugurated this theme park. The park was shaded with coconut trees for refreshment and relaxation. Dash N Splash had a number of water reservoirs and slides for adults, kids & senior citizens. It was permanently closed down in 2012.
