The Chicony Electronics Headquarters (Chinese: 群光電子總部大樓) is a skyscraper office building located in Sanchong District, New Taipei, Taiwan. As of February 2021, it is the fifteenth tallest building in Taiwan and the third tallest in New Taipei City (after Far Eastern Mega Tower and Neo Sky Dome). The height of building is 181.6 m (596 ft), the floor area is 98,458.19 m2 (1,059,795.1 sq ft), and it comprises 39 floors above ground, as well as 4 basement levels.

The Taipei Metro Xianse Temple station is a station on the Xinzhuang Line located in Sanchong District, New Taipei, Taiwan. The station opened for service on 5 January 2012.

The Chicony Star Residential Building (Chinese: 麗寶之星T1) is a 35-storey, 136.2 m (447 ft) tall residential skyscraper completed in 2019 and located in Sanchong District, New Taipei, Taiwan. The building has a total floor area of 28,151 m2 (303,010 sq ft) and contains a total of 135 apartment units. Construction of the building began in 2016 and it was completed in 2019. The complex was constructed under strict requirements of preventing damage caused by earthquakes and typhoons common in Taiwan.

Xingfu station is a station on the Taipei Metro's Circular line when it was opened on 31 January 2020. It is located in Xinzhuang District, New Taipei, Taiwan, at the intersection of Siyuan Road and Xingfu East Road.

The HongWell i-Tower, or HonHui i-Tower (Chinese: 宏匯i-Tower; pinyin: Hóng huì i-Tower), is a 180.6 m (593 ft), 39-storey skyscraper office building located in Xinzhuang District, New Taipei, Taiwan. The building was completed in the first quarter of 2021 and became the sixth tallest building in New Taipei. The building has a floor area of 130,988.04 m2 (1,409,943.5 sq ft), and it comprises 39 floors above ground, as well as three basement levels. The building is composed of a podium and a tower. The first to third floors of the podium is a department store and the rest are parking spaces. The main tower is used for office spaces, where the topmost floor will house a Japanese restaurant.

The Taipei Hospital (traditional Chinese: 衛生福利部臺北醫院; simplified Chinese: 卫生福利部台北医院; pinyin: Wèishēng Fúlì Bù Táiběi Yīyuàn) is a public hospital in Xinzhuang District, New Taipei, Taiwan.

New Taipei Industrial Park (Chinese: 新北產業園區) is a metro station in Xinzhuang District, New Taipei, Taiwan, served by both the Taoyuan Metro and the Taipei Metro. The station opened for commercial service on 2 March 2017 with the commencement of operations of the Taoyuan Airport MRT and is served by both Commuter and Express trains on that line. Separate platforms opened with the commencement of operations of the first phase of the Taipei Metro Circular line on 31 January 2020.

Sanchong (Chinese: 三重) is a station of the Zhonghe–Xinlu line on Taipei Metro and the Taoyuan Airport MRT located in Sanchong District, New Taipei, Taiwan. The station opened for service on 5 January 2012. It is a transfer station with the Taoyuan Airport MRT.

The International Star Diamond Tower (Chinese: 國際星鑽大樓; pinyin: Guójì xīng zuān dàlóu) is a skyscraper office building located in Sanchong District, New Taipei, Taiwan. The height of the building is 123 m (404 ft) and it comprises 30 floors above ground. The building was completed in 1993 and had undergone refurbishment in 2003. When it was first completed in 1993, it was the tallest building in New Taipei (then Taipei County).When it was first completed, the building housed a Mazu Temple on its topmost floor called Hong Sheng Temple (zh:三重宏聖宮) and was the tallest Mazu Temple in Taiwan. Nevertheless, in November 2011, after several protests by residents of the building, Hong Sheng Temple was moved to lower floors.

The Taipei Metro Touqianzhuang station is a station on the Xinzhuang Line located in Xinzhuang District, New Taipei, Taiwan. The station opened for service on 5 January 2012. The elevated Circular line platforms opened on 31 January 2020.

The Xindian River (or Xindian Creek) (Chinese: 新店溪; pinyin: Xīndiàn Xī; Wade–Giles: Hsin1-tien4 Hsi1; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Sin-tiàm-khe) is a river in northern Taiwan. It flows through New Taipei and the capital Taipei for 82 kilometers (51 mi).
