Xinzhuang Sub-city Center (Chinese: 新莊副都心) is a national-level rezoning area located on the west side of New Taipei City and the north side of Xinzhuang District. With a total area of about 100 hectares, Xinzhuang Sub-city Center was designated as the new prime central business district, administration center, and transport hub of New Taipei City. Designed in the 2010s and developed from the 2020s onwards, Xinzhuang Sub-city Center complements Xinban Special District, becoming twin cities spanning both sides of the Dahan River. Important infrastructure, such as Xinzhuang Joint Office Tower, New Taipei Industrial Park, Taiwan Film and Audiovisual Institute and International Community Radio Taipei, is located within this area.

The Farglory 95rich (Chinese: 遠雄九五) is a mixed-use skyscraper located in Xinzhuang District, New Taipei, Taiwan. The height of building is 184.4 m (605 ft), the floor area is 69,637.45 m2 (749,571.3 sq ft), and it comprises 42 floors above ground, as well as 5 basement levels. The building was completed in 2017. As of February 2021, it is the fourteenth tallest building in Taiwan and the third tallest in New Taipei City (after Far Eastern Mega Tower, Neo Sky Dome).

Xingfu station is a station on the Taipei Metro's Circular line when it was opened on 31 January 2020. It is located in Xinzhuang District, New Taipei, Taiwan, at the intersection of Siyuan Road and Xingfu East Road.

Zepp New Taipei is a music hall located in Xinzhuang District, New Taipei, Taiwan. The venue was inaugurated in 2020 and belongs to the Zepp group of concert halls in Japan and across Asia. The space has a maximum capacity of up to 2,245 people standing or 1,025 people seated. Many local and foreign artists have performed there, and since the measures taken during the COVID-19 pandemic were relaxed, national and international shows are again allowed. The venue is of moderate size, large enough to accommodate thousands of fans. There are also a small number of seating areas on the second floor. To see the full show on stage, visitors can choose the second floor. When spectators want to get up close to the singers, they can use the first floor. In the area there are many restaurants that include local and international cuisine. It can be reached by public transportation, such as the Airport MRT and bus.

Honhui Plaza (Chinese: 宏匯廣場; pinyin: Hóng Hùi guǎngchǎng) is a shopping center in Xinzhuang District, New Taipei, Taiwan that opened on September 26, 2020. It is the largest shopping mall in the district.

The Erchong Floodway (Chinese: 二重疏洪道) is a major flood control channel of the Tamsui River in New Taipei, Taiwan.

Jun Pin Yuan (Chinese: 寶石君品苑; pinyin: Bǎoshí jūn pǐn yuàn) is a 31-story, 123 m (404 ft) tall twin residential skyscraper complex located in Sanchong District, New Taipei, Taiwan. The residential complex was completed in 2014 and provides 200 units of luxury apartments. Built under strict requirements of preventing damage caused by earthquakes and typhoons common on the island, facilities of the complex include banquet halls, conference rooms, a badminton court, fitness center, lounge bar and yoga classrooms. The complex is located in close proximity to Xianse Temple metro station.

As of February 2021, it is the fifteenth tallest building in Taiwan and the third tallest in New Taipei City (after Far Eastern Mega Tower and Neo Sky Dome). The height of building is 181.6 m (596 ft), the floor area is 98,458.19 m2 (1,059,795.1 sq ft), and it comprises 39 floors above ground, as well as 4 basement levels.

New Taipei Metropolitan Park (Chinese: 新北大都會公園) is a park located along the Erchong Floodway in New Taipei, Taiwan. The park spans 424 hectares and is the largest park in northern Taiwan.
