Kitami Friendship Square

Kitami Station (喜多見駅; Kitami-eki) is a minor stop on the Odakyu Electric Railway Odawara Line straddling the border between Setagaya Ward and Komae City in Tokyo, Japan. It is the 14th station, about 12.7 km (7.9 mi), from Shinjuku Station. It was used by an average of about 32,000 passengers daily in 2005. It is serviced by local service and section semi-express trains; all other trains bypass the station.

As of 1 April 2021, the city had an estimated population of 83,218, and a population density of 13,000 persons per km2. Based on the 2015 Kanto Ranking, Musashino was the fifth most desirable place to live in Central Japan. The total area of the city is 6.39 square kilometres (2.47 sq mi). It is the smallest administrative city in Tokyo Metropolis both in area and population, and the second smallest in terms of area in the nation.

Seijo University (成城大学, Seijō Daigaku) is a private university in Seijo, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo, Japan. It is operated by the Seijo Gakuen institute. Seijo University has its origins in Seijo Gakuen (成城学園), which was founded in 1917 by Dr. Masataro Sawayanagi, a former Minister of Education. Under the pre-World War II education system it was called ‘Seijo Higher School’. It became Seijo University in 1950. As the founder Masataro Sawayanagi directed, the university values education of respecting and developing individual perspectives by providing a wide range of small-sized classes. In 2017, it became 100 years since Seijo Gakuen Education Institute was founded.

In December 2020, Toho Pictures merged with Toho Studio Service Co., Ltd. (株式会社東宝スタジオサービス, Kabushiki gaisha Tōhō Sutajio Sābisu), to create TOHO Studios, which is headquartered in Seijo, Setagaya, Tokyo.

The Setagaya family murder (Japanese: 世田谷一家殺害事件, Hepburn: Setagaya ikka satsugai jiken, Setagaya family killings) refers to the unsolved murders of the Miyazawa family in the Kamisoshigaya neighborhood of Setagaya, Tokyo, Japan, on the night of 30 to 31 December 2000.Mikio Miyazawa, his wife Yasuko, their daughter Niina and son Rei were murdered during a home invasion by an unknown assailant who then remained in the family's house for several hours before disappearing. Japanese police launched a massive investigation that uncovered the killer's DNA and many specific clues about their identity, but the perpetrator has never been identified. The media frenzy and long investigation of the murders became a cause célèbre to abolish the statute of limitations for crimes that could merit the death penalty in Japan, which was removed in 2010.

Sengawa Theater is a municipal theater in Sengawa Town, Chofu, Tokyo. The culture and performing arts quarter known as the "ACT+ (Act Plus) district", located in the city's urban development area, along with Art Museum and City House Sengawa, totaling 432 meters in length, are part of the large-scale urban development project planned by architect Tadao Ando, opened in March 2008. As for the management of the theater, the artistic director is employed to manage, with fifty percent of his time out of the year, sponsoring the theater's own productions. As a civil service and one not limited to theatrical performances, events are planned in cooperation with nearby shopping districts, educational institutions, and civic groups. Sengawa Theater Ensemble is associated with the Stage Team, which is made up of professional actors and staff, as well as public staff.
