Oddfellows Cafe and Bar is a restaurant in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood, in the United States.

The Oddfellows Hall is a historic building in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle, Washington, built in 1908. It is located at East Pine Street and 10th Avenue, near Broadway. In 2007, it had long served as "a cultural nucleus and point of convergence for community and arts organizations", but its continued status in that capacity was in question. As of November 2016, the only continuing arts organization there was the Century Ballroom.

Shikorina Bakeshop and Cafe (originally known as Shikorina Pastries, or simply Shikorina) is a bakery in Seattle, in the U.S. state of Washington. Owner Hana Yohannes opened the shop in the Central District in 2021, and renamed the business after relocating to Capitol Hill. Shikorina offers various baked goods such as breads, brownies, cakes, cookies, cupcakes, pies, and Pop-Tart-style handpies. The Black- and LGBT-owned bakery has garnered a positive reception.

Caffè Vita Coffee Roasting Company, commonly known as Caffè Vita, is an American coffee roasting company based in Seattle, Washington. Part of the third wave of coffee movement, it has been named one of 10 places offering "the best coffee in America."Caffè Vita was founded in Seattle's Queen Anne neighborhood in 1995 by Mike McConnell. McConnell was an early proponent of developing direct relationships with coffee farmers and bypassing the fair trade of coffee, thus pioneering the Farm Direct movement. On January 1 of 2020, local restaurant mogul Deming Maclise — who has opened prominent places such as Poquitos, Stoneburner, and Rhein Haus — took over ownership at Caffe Vita.

A "Black Lives Matter" street mural was painted in Seattle, in the U.S. state of Washington in June 2020.The text "Black Lives Matter" was first painted in large white letters on Pine Street between 10th and 11th avenues, during the Capitol Hill Occupied Protest. After the letters began to deteriote, the mural was etched permanently into the road surface in September and repainted with colorful, block letters, each contributed by a different artist.The "E" in "matter" featured representations of graffiti seen around the city, and its artist was criticised for having included the anti-police slogan ACAB, apparently without notifying other artists.

The Electric Lady Studio Guitar, commonly referred to as the Jimi Hendrix Statue, is a life-size bronze sculpture of Jimi Hendrix by Daryl Smith, located at the intersection of Broadway and Pine Street in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle, Washington, in the United States. The statue depicts Hendrix playing a Stratocaster. Visit Seattle, a private nonprofit marketing organization, includes the sculpture in its list of African American Heritage Sites.
