Vilnius "Minties" gymnasium (Lithuanian: Vilniaus "Minties" gimnazija) is a 4-year high school in Lazdynai microdistrict, Vilnius, Lithuania. It focuses on teaching mathematics and informatics. It was built in 1974 and was named as the 40th Vilnius high school. In 1994 it was renamed as Minties (English: thought) high school. In 2003 it was decided to turn the school into a four-year gymnasium. In 2005, 92 students graduated and 83% of them continue their education at various universities and colleges. About 80 teachers work in the gymnasium.

Buivydiškės is a village in Vilnius district municipality, Lithuania. According to the 2011 census, it had 1,314 residents. Buivydiškės Manor was first mentioned in 1593. The village has a technical school for agronomy and zootechnics, established in 1961. The school helped the village to grow from 190 residents in 1959 to 1,265 in 1970. Buivydiškės became a suburb of expanding Vilnius, capital of Lithuania. In 1996, part of the settlement was transferred to Vilnius city municipality.

Buivydiškės Manor is a former residential manor in Buivydiškės, Vilnius District Municipality, Lithuania. The last users of the main building was Buivydiškės Primary School. Currently the main palace is for sale.

Vilnius Combined Heat and Power Plant or Vilnius Power Plant-3 was a power plant in Vilnius, Lithuania. Vilnius Combined Heat and Power Plant's capacity is 603 MW heating power and 360 MW electric power. It is the most polluting electric power plant in Lithuania. As a consequence, Vilnius Combined Heat and Power Plant was closed in 2016. In 2016 a new waste-to-energy Vilnius Biofuel Power Plant was built next to the CHP plant.

International School of Law and Business (ISLB, Lithuanian: Tarptautinė teisės ir verslo aukštoji mokykla or TTVAM) is a private college in Vilnius (Laisvės prospektas 58, Viršuliškės), Lithuania. The ISLB is set to close down in July 2024, and currently has only 134 students remaining. ISLB provides a range of courses taught in English. ISLB has signed over 100 Bilateral Agreements with partner institutions in the frames of LLP/Erasmus programme and Nordplus Framework Programme as well as Master studies in Europe and South Korea. ISLB was founded on September 1, 1998, as Daugvilienė Business High School (Daugvilienės aukštesnioji verslo mokykla) and 2001 as the Vilnius Law and Business College (Vilniaus teisės ir verslo kolegija).
