Fell's Point is a historic waterfront neighborhood in southeastern Baltimore, Maryland. It was established around 1763 along the north shore of the Baltimore Harbor and the Northwest Branch of the Patapsco River. The area has many antique, music, and other stores, restaurants, coffee bars, a municipal markethouse with individual stalls, and over 120 pubs. Located 1.5 miles east of Baltimore's downtown central business district and the Jones Falls stream (which splits the city, running from northern Baltimore County), Fells Point has a maritime past and the air of a seafaring town. It also has the greatest concentration of drinking establishments and restaurants in the city.The neighborhood has also been historically the home of large immigrant populations of Irish, Germans, Jews, Poles and other Eastern European nationalities such as Ukrainians, Russians, Czechs, and Slovaks, throughout its 250-year-old history. Since the 1970s, a steadily increasing number of middle- to upper-middle-income residents has moved into the area, restoring and preserving historic homes and businesses. Upper Fell's Point to the north along Broadway has gained a sizable Latino population, primarily from waves of Mexican and Central American immigrants since the 1980s, and is sometimes now called "Spanish Town". This Fells Point waterfront is an upscale residential area and tourist destination featuring first rate hotels and restaurants. It can be reached by water taxi barges, on foot as it is a very short walk from the Inner Harbor, and by bus or car. Fells Point is one of several areas in and around Baltimore that are listed on the National Register of Historic Places, (maintained by the National Park Service), the first designated from Maryland, and is one of the first registered historic districts in the United States to combine two separate waterfront communities (along with Federal Hill to the southwest across the Patapsco River and the Harbor on the "Old South Baltimore" peninsula of "Whetstone Point" at Fort McHenry).

Bancroft is a preserved glass-cabin launch, built in 1925 by the City of Baltimore, Maryland, United States. She is a documented work vessel of five net tons, licensed to carry six or less passengers for hire in the coasting trade. She has a registered length of 28.7 feet, her beam is 8.6 feet, and her draft is 2.6 feet. She was used continually for pier inspection by the City of Baltimore Harbor Engineer until 1966.Bancroft was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

Broadway Market was established in 1786 in Fells Point, Baltimore, United States, and was most recently renovated in 2019 after being shuttered for nearly a decade. The market currently consists of two separate shed buildings featuring various food retail options within. The market is managed by the Baltimore Public Markets Corporation, a non-profit operating on behalf of the City of Baltimore.

The Robert Long House is a rowhouse in the Fell's Point neighborhood of Baltimore. The house is the oldest known surviving urban residence within the city of Baltimore, built in 1765. It was built as the home of Robert Long, a local Baltimore merchant, and today serves as the home of the Fells Point Preservation Society, who saved it from demolition in 1969 by purchasing it and restoring it.The house is atypical of the surrounding area, with the architecture of the house matching that of homes built in the southern part of Pennsylvania where Long was born, rather than the standard rowhouses that make up the Fells Point neighborhood. The home was originally a two-story rowhouse, with the third story added sometime in the mid- to late 1800s, covered with a mixture of tar and granite, known as "flint coat".

Public School No. 25, also known as Captain Henry Fleete School, named for one of the earliest and most influential colonizers of Maryland, Henry Fleete Sr., and Primary School No. 25, is a historic elementary school located at Baltimore, Maryland, United States. It is a late Victorian brick structure with an imposing Romanesque tower. It is a two-story, brick structure with a ground-level basement and features a central three-story tower capped by a pyramidal roof. It served a school for nearly 75 years.Public School No. 25 was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979.

Douglass Place is a group of historic rowhouses located at Baltimore, Maryland, United States. Built in 1892, it represents typical "alley houses" of the period in Baltimore, two narrow bays wide, two stories high over a cellar, with shed roofs pitched to the rear. Italianate influence is reflected in their segmental-arched window and door openings, and in the simple molded sheet metal cornices which crown the buildings. Frederick Douglass (1818-1895) constructed the five buildings as rental housing for blacks in the Fells Point area of Baltimore, where he had resided from the 1820s to 1838. The site was the location of the Dallas Street Station Methodist Episcopal Church, which he had attended while living in the area.Douglass Place was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.

Har Sinai Church of Christ is located in a historic church building that was originally Broadway Presbyterian Church and then Grace English Evangelical Lutheran Church (for more than 75 years) in Baltimore, Maryland. It was built as a Presbyterian on the southwest corner of Gough Street and Broadway in Fell's Point.

Baltimore Chrome Works was a chromium ore refinery with its headquarters and main factory located at Fells Point, Baltimore, USA. Isaac Tyson started mining chromite in the area around Baltimore in 1813 and built the Baltimore Chrome Works at Fells Point in 1845. The works became part of Mutual Chemical Company in 1908, and merged into Allied Chemical in 1954. The plant, which was rebuilt in 1951, employed 375 people at peak production.The factory at Fells Point operated until 1985, when it was closed down. The company had contaminated the 20 acres (81,000 m2) site with hazardous waste, and Honeywell, the successor to Allied Chemical, was ordered by the Environmental Protection Agency to perform a cleanup in the 1986. The order was confirmed by a judicial consent decree in 1989. Honeywell completed the remediation in 1999.

Perkins Homes was a former public housing development in Southeast Baltimore, located between Fells Point and Little Italy and bounded by Pratt Street to the north, Eden Street on the west, Dallas Street on the east, and Bank Street to the south. The community was located within the East Harbor Empowerment Zone of the Fells Point area, and was one of the oldest housing projects in southeast Baltimore. The housing project tenants were about 91% African-American, 7% Puerto Rican, and 2% white prior to relocation and demoliton.City Springs Elementary School is located at South Caroline and East Pratt Streets. Lombard Junior High School and First Apostolic Institution Church are nearby. In 2019, the Housing Authority of Baltimore City received $30 million in federal funding to demolish Perkins Homes. Current plans are for a new mixed-use community of replacement public housing and market rate apartments.
