Mangonia Park is a Tri-Rail commuter rail station in Mangonia Park, Florida. This is the system's northernmost station. The station is located on 45th Street (CR 702), just west of Australian Avenue (CR 704A). There are 273 parking spaces at the station.

Mangonia Park is a town in Palm Beach County, Florida, United States. It is a part of Uptown West Palm, which also includes Riviera Beach and West Palm Beach. The population was 1,888 at the 2010 census. As of 2018, the population recorded by the U.S. Census Bureau was 2,017.

Suncoast Stadium is the multi-purpose home venue for the Suncoast Chargers High School athletics program (FHSAA). This state-of-the-art multi-purpose facility is equipped with an air-conditioned 3-room press box (220 sq ft), natural grass turf, two food concession and public restroom buildings (home and visitor), and energy efficient lighting for night games or events. The combination steel and aluminum bleacher design has a seating capacity of 3,889 (2,879 home; 1,010 visitors). The facility is completely accessible to persons with disabilities that feature ADA specification ramps to the venue and lower concourse level of each grandstand, as well as all public amenities (restrooms and food concessions). Both grandstands have a total of 50 wheelchair viewing locations (34 in the home seating section, 16 in the visitors seating section). The generous fan parking area can hold up to 343 light passenger vehicles and includes 16 handicap spaces. There is an elevator that offers wheelchair access to the top concourse level of the home grandstand and press box area. Suncoast Stadium is located on the campus of Suncoast Community High School in the City of Riviera Beach, Florida. It replaces the former home of both the Chargers and the Mariners, Old Al Sutton Stadium, which was located 1.5 miles away to the east. The $68 million price tag included the cost for additional construction of an on-site campus auditorium (capacity 808), and gymnasium with retractable bleachers (capacity 1,628). A famous athletic alum of Suncoast is Anthony Carter (American football), a three-time All-American at the University of Michigan and a veteran of thirteen professional seasons as a wide receiver in both the United States Football League and the National Football League. Carter was elected to the College Football Hall Of Fame in 2001.

Suncoast Community High School (abbreviated SHS) is a public magnet high school (grades 9–12) in Riviera Beach, Florida. The school's campus was built in 1955 as Riviera Beach High School. It was desegregated in the 1960s and renamed in 1970. It became a magnet school in 1989 and has selective admissions. Suncoast Community High School's students belong to one or more of the school's four magnet programs: Math, Science, and Engineering (MSE), Computer Science (CS), International Baccalaureate (IB), or Innovative Interactive Technology (IIT). The school's teams compete as the Chargers.

45th Street is a proposed Tri-Rail Coastal Link Green Line station in West Palm Beach, Florida. The station is planned for construction at 45th Street between Greenwood Avenue and Pinewood Avenue, just west Broadway (US 1).

Riviera Beach is a city in Palm Beach County, Florida, United States, which was incorporated September 29, 1922. Due to the location of its eastern boundary, it is also the easternmost municipality in the Miami metropolitan area, which was home to an estimated 6,012,331 people in 2015. In the 2020 U.S. Census, the total population of Riviera Beach residents was 37,604 people.Riviera Beach is predominantly an African-American city and it is on the list of U.S. cities with African American majority populations. It is home to the Port of Palm Beach and a United States Coast Guard station, and has its own marina. Riviera Beach is home to Blue Heron Bridge, one of the country's top-rated beach dive sites. In 2015, Riviera Beach renamed part of Old Dixie Highway that runs inside the city limits as President Barack Obama Highway. The city is also home to Rapids Water Park, a water park attraction for both tourists and residents.

Palm Beach Lakes Community High School, also known as Lakes or PBL, is a coeducational public high school located in the Palm Beach Lakes community of West Palm Beach, Florida. It is under the jurisdiction of the School District of Palm Beach County. The school has the Teacher's Academy Program and serves as the Law Magnet for the entire county. Once having an enrollment of over 3,500, Palm Beach Lakes was once one of the largest schools in its district. However, due to Florida's Class Size Amendment and the continuous building of high schools in the district, Palm Beach Lakes has a school enrollment of just over 3,000. However, it still remains one of the largest high schools in South Florida.

The Hurricane of 1928 African-American Mass Burial Site (also known as Pauper's Cemetery) is a pauper's cemetery and mass grave in West Palm Beach, Florida. It is listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. The cemetery is situated near the junction of 25th Street and Tamarind Avenue between I-95 and U.S. Route 1. The site is the location in which 674 bodies of African Americans or those of an unknown race were buried following the 1928 Okeechobee hurricane, while most of the white victims of the storm received a proper burial at Woodlawn Cemetery due to segregation laws. Established in 1913, the property of the pauper's cemetery currently includes approximately 1.03 acres (0.42 ha) of land. Although the site is located at the southwest corner of 25th Street and Tamarind Avenue, 25th Street was paved above the northern portion of the mass grave in the 1950s, unearthing a number of bodies in the process. After the 1928 hurricane, the bodies buried at that location became mostly forgotten by the public. The city of West Palm Beach sold the land and it changed ownership several times into the 1980s. Beginning in 1991, a movement to convince the city of West Palm Beach to repurchase the property began, which succeeded in December 2000. On September 12, 2002, it was added to the US National Register of Historic Places.
