Pinellas Academy of Math and Science (PAMS) is a charter-public school in Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida, United States.

Largo High School is a public high school in Largo, Florida, United States. The school's athletic teams are known as the Packers, and the school colors are blue and gold. Its current principal is Brad Finkbiner. The school was recently rebuilt and finished reconstruction in 2016. The school has two magnet programs, ExCEL and an IB Diploma Programme.

Clearwater High School (CHS) is a four-year public high school located in Clearwater, Florida, United States. It is part of the Pinellas County School System. The school's athletic teams are known as the Tornadoes. Their colors are crimson and gray, which is also the name of their fight song.

The St. Petersburg Training Center is a closed United States Air Force facility that was located in St. Petersburg, Florida. It was last assigned to the United States Army Air Forces Personnel Distribution Command. It was closed in 1945. Opened on 6 July 1942, the St. Petersburg Training Center was an enlisted basic training centers (BTC) of the Army Air Forces during World War II. The basic training center closed on 19 July 1943 and was moved to Lincoln Army Airfield, Nebraska. Subsequently, the facility was transferred to the AAF Personnel Distribution Command. It arranged the deployment of airmen to overseas groups and squadrons in combat theaters around the world.

The Louis Johnson Building (also known as the Johnson Building) is a historic site in Largo, Florida. It is located at 161 1st Street, Southwest. On December 3, 1987, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. The building was originally built as a hotel by Louis Steele Johnson in 1911. In the 1950s, the hotel was converted to the Johnson Brothers Auto Machine and Supply Company. Today the first floor of the building is vacant while the second floor is the residence of Johnson's granddaughter, Joyce Siegel.

The Plumb House is a historic U.S home originally located on the northwest corner of Lakeview and South Fort Harrison Avenues in Clearwater, Florida. The house was built in about 1896 and used as a paint store on the ground level and apartments on the second floor. In December 1983, the house was moved to its current location at 1380 South Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue in Clearwater, and serves as the home for the Clearwater Historical Society and the Plumb House Museum.

Largo is the third largest city in Pinellas County, Florida, United States, as well as the fourth largest in the Tampa Bay area. As of the 2010 Census, the city had a population of 77,648, up from 69,371 in 2000. Largo was first incorporated in 1905. In 1913, it became the first municipality in Pinellas County to adopt a council-manager government. It switched back and forth from "town" to "city" a few times, and became a city again in 1974. It was an exporter of agricultural products until the 1960s population growth began to transform it into a bedroom community. From 1905 to 2010, Largo grew in area from 9⁄16 square mile (1.5 km2) to about 19 square miles (48 km2), and in population from about 300 people to more than 70,000. Largo began as a rural farming community and became the third largest city in Florida's most densely populated county. Largo is a sister city to Tosayamada, Kōchi, Japan, and has been named a National Arbor Day Tree City for 32 years in a row.

The Louis Ducros House (also known as the Plant-Ducros House) is a historic home in Clearwater, Florida. It is located at 1324 South Fort Harrison Street. On July 2, 1979, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. In 2004, it was purchased and shortly thereafter moved to 622 Belleview Boulevard.It was removed from the National Register on September 2, 2009.

The Old Belleair Town Hall (also known as the Belleair Garden Club) is a historic site in Belleair, Florida. It is located at 903 Ponce de Leon Boulevard. On May 6, 1994, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. The current Town Hall is located next door at 901 Ponce de Leon Boulevard.

Schiller International University (SIU) is a private for-profit university with its main campus and administrative headquarters in Tampa, Florida. Clearwater is the county seat of Pinellas County and is the smallest of the three principal cities in the Tampa–St. Petersburg–Clearwater metropolitan area, most commonly referred to as the Tampa Bay Area. Cleveland Street is one of the city's historic avenues, and the city includes BayCare Ballpark and Coachman Park. The city is separated by the Intracoastal Waterway from Clearwater Beach. Clearwater is the home of Clearwater Marine Aquarium. The global headquarters of the Church of Scientology is located in Clearwater.
