Discovery Gardens (Arabic: ديسكفري جاردنز) is a neighbourhood in the Jebel Ali district of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Discovery Gardens (Arabic: ديسكفري جاردنز) is a rapid transit station on the Route 2020 branch of the Red Line of the Dubai Metro in Dubai, UAE, serving Discovery Gardens and surrounding areas in Jebel Ali.The station opened as part of Route 2020, created to link to Expo 2020, on 1 January 2021. It is located on an elevated section of the metro above Gardens Boulevard (D591), on the southwest boundary of Discovery Gardens, just southeast of the junction with Al Asayel Street (D72).

Ahmed Sultan Bin Sulayem (Arabic: أحمد سلطان بن سليّم, born 1978) is an Emirati businessman, and the executive chairman of Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC), and Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT). He is the son of Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem.

Dubai Marina Mall is an indoor shopping mall in Dubai, UAE. It is named for it’s close proximity to Dubai Marina. The large shopping facility has four levels and 390,000 square feet (36,000 m2). There are 140 stores, 21 dining options and a Children's play area. It is one of the main shopping malls in Dubai.

The Jebel Ali refinery was constructed from 1996 to 1999. It is located in Dubai and operated by the Emirates National Oil Co. (ENOC), which is owned by the Government of Dubai. It is a 120 kbpd gas condensate refinery, and processes mainly condensate or light crude oil. These inputs are processed to various products, including LPG, naphtha, jet fuel, diesel fuel and fuel oil. The plant consists of two 60 kbit/s condensate distillation units (often referred to as condensate splitters) and five merox sweetening units. An upgrade - costing $850 million (US) - was implemented in 2010 for the production of reformat and low-sulfur naphtha through installation of a reformer and a hydrotreater. In 2014, a contract for a new upgrade project was awarded to KBR. The upgrade will lead to the production of Euro V grade products.

It is located on an elevated section of the metro above Gardens Boulevard (D591), on the northeast boundary of The Gardens with Discovery Gardens.

Jumeirah Golf Estates (Arabic: عقارات جميرا للجولف) is a rapid transit station on the Red Line of the Dubai Metro in Dubai, UAE, serving Jumeirah Golf Estates.The metro station opened on 1 October 2021 as part of Route 2020, (the same as when Expo 2020 was open) created to link central Dubai to the Expo 2020 exhibition site. The schedule has been delayed due to the Covid-19 pandemic.The station is one of two underground stations on Route 2020, along with the Dubai Investment Park metro station. It is located at Jumeirah Golf Estates. Facilities included bus stops, disabled parking, retail units, and a taxi drop-off zone.

Dubai Investment Park (Arabic: مجمع دبي للاستثمار) is a rapid transit station on the Route 2020 branch of the Red Line of the Dubai Metro in Dubai, UAE, serving Dubai Investment Park.The metro station opened on 1 June 2021 at the same time as the Expo 2020 station as part of Route 2020, created to link central Dubai to the Expo 2020 exhibition site. The schedule was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic in the United Arab Emirates.The station is one of two underground stations on the Route 2020 section of the Red Line. It is located at the Green Community in Dubai Investment Park. Facilities included bus stops, disabled parking, retail units, and a taxi drop-off zone.

The Jumeirah Islands (Arabic: جزر الجميرا) are a housing development in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, developed by Nakheel Properties, a Dubai-based property development company. They lie inland from Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Lake Towers, east of the main spinal highway, Sheikh Zayed Road (E11), between interchanges 5 and 6. Jumeirah Islands consist of small islands (called clusters), each containing sixteen residential villas; buildings are of varied designs, from Islamic to Mediterranean architecture. The islands sit in an artificial lake filled with seawater. The whole complex has a land-to-water ratio of 23:77. The complex includes fifty islands (forty-six of which are the residential clusters), a restaurant, a supermarket, a club house, a gym, beauty salons, a pharmacy and a leisure facility. Each of the 736 houses has its own swimming pool. The project was completed at the end of 2006. Nearby properties include the Jumeirah Lake Towers and Palm Jumeirah, both built by Nakheel Properties.
