The Mazaya Business Avenue project comprises three identical Commercial Towers on 5, 7 and 9 of Al Worood 3 Street. The Towers sit on the fringe of Jumeirah Islands and Jumeirah Lake Towers in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Tower' occupants also include Multi-National Corporations, Global Conglomerates and Independent Enterprises whom operate in a multitude of industries such as GEEKS Computer Repair and IT Support, IT Services, IT Communications, Architecture, Engineering, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, FMCG, Training, Recruitment, International Freight Shipping, Contemporary Dance. The closest Dubai Metro Station to the Towers is 800 metres away at Jumeirah Lakes Towers (Dubai Metro). There are many local amenities less than 450 metres away in Jumeirah Lake Towers including restaurants, cafes, fast food takeaways, supermarkets, a typing centre and an Irish Bar.

The Uptown Dubai Tower 1 or Burj 2020 is a proposed 711 metres (2,333 ft) mega-tall skyscraper to be built in Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Concorde Tower is a 45-floor tower in the Jumeirah Lake Towers Free Zone in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The residential tower, which is estimated to cost US$120 million to construct, has a total structural height of 190 m (623 ft). The developer said the building was to be completed in December 2007. Due to the force majeure situations, building got completed in February 2009, and ready for use on April 2009.

The Dubai British School, Jumeirah Park is an independent international school in Jumeriah Park, Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates. Opened in 2015, the school is managed by Taaleem, one of the largest education providers in the Middle East. The school is open to students from 5 to 18 years of age.

The Palladium is a 35-floor mixed use residential and office tower in Jumeirah Lake Towers in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower has a total structural height of 140 m (459 ft). Construction of the Palladium was completed in 2007.

Vue De Lac (French for "View of Lake") is a complex of three towers in Jumeirah Lake Towers in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Two of the towers, Vue De Lac 1 and Vista Del Lago, have 40 floors. Vue De Lac 2 has 45 floors. Completion of the complex was initially promised for September 2007. In 2009 a group of 30 investors filed a case with RERA against delays in construction and changes to design plans. An official from Al Attar Properties responded that the changes were due to regulation changes and that refunds would not be considered. In early 2010 Al Attar Properties started chasing investors for $18.5 million, despite the development still not being completed. Al Attar Properties has been subject of extensive lawsuits by the investors. As of 2011 main construction work had still not commenced on the development.The development featured on an episode of Homes from Hell on ITV1 in July 2010. Other projects by the same developer include: Global Point, Polaris, Skyscraper, Toronto tower, Vancouver Tower. Toronto and Vancouver towers were cancelled by Dubai RERA. - Vue De Lac - Vista De Lago Toronto and Vancouver tower projects by Al Attar Properties were cancelled and lands were sold through auction.

Dubai British School is an international school offering a British education to students aged three to eighteen, located in The Springs, Emirates Hills, Dubai. The school is managed by Taaleem, one of largest education providers in Middle East. The school was established in 2005, and is open to students from Foundation 1 to Year 13.

Almas Tower (Arabic: برج الماس Diamond Tower) is a 68-storey, 360 m (1,180 ft), supertall skyscraper in the Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Construction of the office building began in early 2005 and was completed in 2008 with the installation of some remaining cladding panels at the top of the tower. The building was topped out in 2008, and became the tallest building in Dubai until 2009 when it was surpassed by Burj Khalifa.

MODUL University Dubai (MU Dubai, MDLU Dubai, MUDC) is a university campus of MODUL University Vienna, which started its operations in Dubai, United Arab Emirates in November 2015. The Dubai Campus opened in September 2016 in ONE JLT, Jumeirah Lakes Towers. In October 2020, the UAE Ministry of Education revoked its licence for the university to operate in the UAE.

Emirates Hills (Arabic: تلال الإمارات) is a gated community located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is named after Beverly Hills.

The Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT) (Arabic: أبراج بحيرات الجميرا) is a large development in Dubai, United Arab Emirates which consists of 80 towers being constructed along the edges of three artificial lakes (Lake Almas West, Lake Almas East, JLT Lake) as well as the JLT Embankment of eight towers facing Jumeirah Islands. Initially JLT had four lakes (Lake Almas West, Lake Almas East, Lake Elucio, Lake Allure), in late 2012 developer (DMCC) announced that lake Elucio would be drained and 55,000 m2 (590,000 sq ft) park would be created instead. Subsequently, Lake Allure has been renamed to JLT Lake. The total area covered by the lakes, waterways and landscaping will be 730,000-square-metre (7,900,000 sq ft). The towers will range from having 35 floors to having 45, except for the centerpiece (Almas Tower), which is 66 floors. The tallest tower and the centerpiece of the entire complex is Almas Tower which is situated on its own island between Lake Almas West and Lake Almas East. The completion of Saba Tower in December 2006 marked the first tower to be completed in Jumeirah Lakes Towers. The majority of construction took place in 2008. By April 2011, over 80 percent of the towers in JLT was claimed to have been completed. As of June 2015 there were reported to still be 11 towers being either left undone due to the 2009 crisis or still undergoing construction in JLT. The most prominent of these are Wind Tower 1 and Wind Tower 2 that are part of Cluster B and right on Shk. Zayed Road - they are under construction since more than 12 years.
