World Trade Centre (Dubai Metro)

Trade Centre 1 (Arabic: االمركز التجاري الأول), aka Trade Centre First, is a locality in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Located in western Dubai, Trade Centre 1 forms the northern half of the commercial and residential district on Sheikh Zayed Road. The locality begins at Trade Centre Roundabout, at the intersection of Sheikh Zayed Road and route D 73 (Al Dhiyafa Road), and terminates at the 2nd Interchange (Defence Roundabout). Trade Centre 1 is made up almost entirely of high rises along Sheikh Zayed Road; a local road system similar to other localities in Dubai does not exist. However, a local road (15th Street) links Trade Centre 1 to Trade Centre 2. Trade Centre 1 is bordered to the north by Al Satwa, to the south by Trade Centre 2, to the west by Al Wasl and to the east by Al Jafilia. Important landmarks in Trade Centre 1 include The Fairmont Dubai, The Monarch Office Tower, Saeed Tower 2, Four Points by Sheraton and Shangri-La Hotel.

Burj Azizi (Arabic: برج عزيزي) is a skyscraper to be built as a centrepiece of Sheikh Zayed Road, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It will have 133 floors for various purposes. Burj Azizi could be the world's second tallest building once completed, if it reaches the proposed height of 725 meters, which is 103 meters less than the height of the Burj Khalifa, the current world's tallest building, which is located 2 kilometers away from Burj Azizi.

The Dubai International Exhibition and Convention Centre was built in 1979 by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. The complex comprises the original 39-story office tower, the World Trade Centre Residence, eight exhibition halls, the Dubai International Convention Centre, which can accommodate more than 4500 delegates in its multi-purpose hall when set in auditorium style, a business club, and residential apartments with a leisure club. The Dubai International Motor Show (The Middle East International Motor Show) is a biennial auto show held in the Emirate of Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates. Due to the high interest of expensive cars in Dubai, it attracts many major car manufactures, tuning companies and other related companies, including major super car manufacturers. Radisson Royal Dubai is a skyscraper and hotel complex located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The 60 story building was completed in 2010, construction having started in 2005, and houses a Radisson hotel. The modernist concrete building is located on 26 Sheikh Zayed Road. The hotel contains 471 rooms, and is located close to Dubai International Airport, Dubai International Financial Center, and Dubai World Trade Center.

The Sama Tower (also known as Al Durrah Tower or Al Durrah Tower II) is a skyscraper along Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower has 49 floors. Construction began in 2006 and was completed in late 2009.

The Duja Tower is a 191 metres (627 feet) mixed-use skyscraper in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It has 53 floors. The building was designed by ZAS Architects and National Engineering Bureau, while the structural design was designed by Port Saeed Engineering. In addition, it was developed by Nasser Lootah Real Estate. Construction of the tower started in 2009 and completed in 2017.On the evening of 20 February 2020, a fire broke out on the upper parts of the building's claddings. In response, the residents were evacuated and sheltered to the nearby buildings. The National reported that the claddings were similar to that of Grenfell Tower fire. No injuries were reported. On 22 February 2020, the residents were permitted to return to the building.

The Dubai World Trade Centre Residence is a 41-floor tower in the Dubai International Convention Centre in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Opened in 2008, World Trade Centre Residence is managed by Jumeirah Living. Jumeirah Living offers a mix of one to four bedroom serviced apartments within the residence for short, mid-term and extended stays. The tower has a total structural height of 158 m (518 ft). The building is a five-star residential tower alongside the Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai's first high-rise building. Construction of the foundation began in August 2005. The building sits on the site of the old World Trade Centre Hotel.

Trade Centre 2 (Arabic: المركز التجاري الثانية), also known as Dubai Financial Centre, is a locality in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) (Arabic: مركز دبي التجاري العالمي), historically called Sheikh Rashid Tower, is a 38-storey and a height 184 m skyscraper in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, which was erected in 1979. It is a purpose-built complex for events and exhibitions. The building is featured on the 100 dirham bank note. With over 1.3 million square feet of covered exhibition and event space, comprising 21 halls and over 40 meeting rooms across 3 floors, Dubai World Trade Centre hosts over 500 events annually. In 2015, the venue held 396 trade events and welcomed over 2.74 million visitors.

Park Place is a 56-floor mixed-use tower on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower has a total structural height of 234.1 m (768 ft), making it the 68th-tallest building in Dubai as of 2022. Construction of Park Place was completed in 2007.

The Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government, previously known as Dubai School of Government, is a research and teaching institution in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, which focuses on public policy in the Arab world. The school was established in 2005 by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai. The founding Executive was Yassar Jarrar.
